Clinical Observation On Electroacupuncture Of Foot Shaoyang Meridian Acupoints For Migraine

Objective:By comparing and observing the clinical effects of acupuncture on the head of Shaoyang Meridian plus electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture on the head of Shaoyang Meridian therapy for migraine,it provides a more concise and effective treatment for clinical migraine.Method:In this study,60 patients with migraine who met the standard were divided into a treatment group(acupuncture head Shaoyang meridian point plus electroacupuncture group)and a control group(conventional acupuncture head shaoyang meridian point group)by random number expression 30 cases in 2 groups.Acupuncture treatment twice a day,a 6-day rest for 6 days.The visual analog scale(VAS)scoring method was used to score the pain of the two groups of patients after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment;the Migraine Disability Assessment Questionnaire(MIDAS)was used to treat the two groups of patients for 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment After scoring the daily life ability;by counting the number of migraine attacks,migraine pain time,and migraine symptoms after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment,the "headache symptom score method" was used to score,and the patient was treated for 1 week 2.Calculate the curative effect after 2 weeks of treatment.Result:1.The pain level and migraine symptoms of the two groups were improved after 1 week of treatment and 2 weeks of treatment(p<0.05).The daily life ability of the two groups of patients at 2 weeks of treatment and 1month after the end of treatment It was improved compared with before treatment(p<0.05).2.After 1 week of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the control group was 73.33%.The effective rate of thetreatment group for migraine treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(p <0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 80.00%.The effective rate of the treatment group for migraine treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(p <0.05).Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture methods have good clinical effects on the treatment of migraine.The clinical effect of 2 weeks of treatment is better than the clinical effect of 1 week of treatment.2.The total curative effect of acupuncture at the head of Shaoyang Meridian plus electroacupuncture is significantly better than conventional acupuncture at the head of Shaoyang Meridian,which is more effective for the treatment of migraine patients.
