ObjectiveOf this study is to through the observation,comparison,selecting the mavs under harden root screw internal fixation,bone fusion and fusion PEAK fusion of two different materials in patients with surgical treatment of 9months after the review results,selection of internal fixation with fusion surgery way a higher convergence rate and lower the body material rejection rate of fusion,in order to better provide reference for clinical treatment.Research methodA total of 30 patients with lumbar instability who received surgical treatment in the department of orthopedics and traumatology of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2017 to March 2020 were selected,all of whom received regular conservative treatment before surgery but had poor results or recurrent symptoms,with clear surgical indications,and were followed up for more than9 months after surgery.The patients were divided into two groups: group A:15 patients(the experimental group)were treated by internal fixation with calf-bone fusion interbody and rigid root screw.Group B: patients with internal fixation with PEAK fusion interbody screw(i.e.,control group).The collected data should be calculated by SPSS 22.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.ResultBoth groups successfully completed the operation,without blood transfusion,and no surgical-related complications occurred during or after the operation.There were significant differences in incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative incision drainage volume and hospital expenses between the two groups(P < 0.05),and group A was better than group B.All patients were followed up for 9 to 12 months,with an average of 9.5 months.During the follow-up,no screw loosening,displacement or fracture occurred in the two groups,and there was nosignificant difference in fusion rate(P > 0.05).At the last follow-up,there was no significant difference in JOA score improvement rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).ConclusionFor two groups in patients undergoing surgery for lumbar spinal instability disease,by the fusion of two different fusion effect is quite,but relative to accept patients with implanted PEAK fusion device,in patients undergoing bone fusion implant calf,human lower rejection rate,less damage to the structure of vertebral body.A lower rate of vertebral body collapse,ultimately achieve fusion as medium between adjacent vertebral bodies,no foreign body vertebral fusion effect is better.
