The Clinical Research Of Han's Liver Regulating Method In The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Han's liver regulating method in the treatment of liver depression and qi stagnation type of primary dysmenorrhea,study the effect and mechanism of Han's liver regulating method in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,it is expected to provide a real and effective prescription and treatment idea for clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: From June 2018 to December 2019,38 patients with primary dysmenorrhea diagnosed as liver depression and qi stagnation were collected in the gynecology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using Bailing Tiaogan decoction to treat three menstrual cycles continuously,observe the TCM syndrome integral,vas integral,dysmenorrhea symptom integral and curative effect of patients before and after treatment.And SPSS 25.0 was used for data statistics and analysis.Results: 38 patients with primary dysmenorrhea of liver depression and qi stagnation,3 cases were dropped in the course of treatment,35 cases were finally fitted the case.After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,it was discovered that the scores of curative effect were clearly reduced and the effective rate was higher.,The TCM syndrome integral was(17.60±6.35)before treatment,and after treatment the TCM syndrome integral achieved(5.54±5.53),the total effective rate was 91.43%.VAS integral was(6.03±1.98)and(2.20±2.19)before and after treatment,with a total effective rate of94.29%.Before treatment,the integral of dysmenorrhea symptoms was(10.71±3.55),after treatment,the integral was(4.76±3.94),the total effective rate was 91.43%.Conclusion:1.In Han's liver regulating method,Bailing Tiaogan decoction can regulate qi and blood circulation,recuperate menstruation and relieve pain.It has obvious advantages in improving TCM symptoms,relieving the severity of dysmenorrhea,and improving the clinical efficiency of dysmenorrhea.2.The clinical effect of Han's liver regulating method on primary dysmenorrhea of liver depression and qi stagnation is better.3.The application of Han's liver regulating method in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Liver depression and qi stagnation type is convenient,effective and easy to get medicine.It is easy for patients to accept and worthy of clinical promotion.
