Objective:To observe the effects of Qingxuan Runmu Yin combined with electroacupuncture, oral Qingxuan Runmu Yin and electroacupuncture on tear secretion test(SIT),tear time of tear film(BUT),corneal fluorescein stain(FL)and subjective symptoms, objectively evaluate the difference of curative effect among the three methods, observe the curative effect of Qingxuan Runmu Yin combined with electroacupuncture on dry eye with deficiency of lung yin,and provide a new treatment method for dry eye.Research Methods:A total of 60 patients from the ophthalmology outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected in this study.Random number table method was used to randomly divide the 60 patients into three groups of 20 patients in each group.Control group 1 was treated with Qingxuan Runmu Yin orally;control group 2 was treated with Electroacupuncture;treatment group was treated with Qingxuan Runmu Yin orally combined with electroacupuncture. The specific methods are as follows:Control group 1:Traditional Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin is a small package of traditional Chinese medicine taken orally,300 ml per dose Twice daily,7 days of medication per week,4 weeks of shared medication.Control group 2:electro-acupuncture therapy:the main acupoints are Jingming,Chengwei,Zhizhu,Sizhukong;the acupoints are Fengchi,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Hegu,Feishu,Ruler, and Lieqiu.Use 0.25mm×25mm milli-needle for the main point, and 0.25mm×40mm milli-needle for the matching point. Then connect the two points of cypress bamboo and silk bamboo to the KWD-808 I electroacupuncture instrument.Select continuous wave, frequency 1.0 ~ 1.5Hz,leave needle for 20 min,Acupuncture once a day, acupuncture 5 days a week,a total of 4 weeks.Treatment group:Oral Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmu Yin combined with electro-acupuncture therapy for 4 weeks. The tear secretion test(SIT),tear membrane rupture time(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining(FL)and TCM symptom and sign scores of patients in control group 1,control group 2 and treatment group were observed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficiency of patients in the three groups before and after treatment was compared.Results:1.Statistical analysis of general information(gender, age, duration)and detection indicators(SIT,BUT,FL,and eye shape scores)of the three groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05),comparable.2.Tear secretion experiment:The tear secretion volume of the three groups of patients increased after treatment. The SIT values were 6.44±3.51mm/5min,6.18±3.90mm/5min,8.56±4.03mm/5min.All three methods were effective in promoting dry tear secretion, and the amount of tear secretion in the treatment group was better than those in the two control groups(P<0.05);No difference between the two control groups(P>0.05).3.Tear film rupture time:After treatment, the tear film rupture time of all three groups of patients was prolonged, and the BUT values were 6.53±3.44,6.53±3.75 s,and 8.56±3.84 s.These three methods have significant effects in extending the tear film rupture time;BUT values in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the two control groups(P<0.05);No difference between the two control groups(P>0.05).4.Corneal fluorescence staining:The corneal fluorescence staining scores of all three groups of patients were reduced, and the FL scores were 1.53±1.03,1.50±1.06,and 0.88±0.84,respectively.All three methods can reduce the FL score; These three methods are effective in promoting the secretion of dry tears and the score of FL in the treatment group was lower than those in the two control groups; No difference between the two control groups(P>0.05).5.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 76.5%,which was better than 63.2% in the control group 2 and 66.7% in the control group 1(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Oral Chinese medicine Qingxuan Runmuyin, electroacupuncture therapy,Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin combined with electroacupuncture treatment have obvious effects on tear secretion, tear film rupture time, corneal fluorescence staining and subjective symptoms in patients with dry lung deficiency Efficacy.2.The effect of Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin combined with electroacupuncture is obvious, and it is significantly better than the oral Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin in the amount of tear secretion, tear film rupture time, corneal fluorescence staining and subjective symptoms in patients with dry-yin deficiency of dry eyes. And electroacupuncture.3.There were no significant differences in the clinical efficacy of oral Chinese medicine Qingxuanrunmuyin and electro-acupuncture on tear secretion, tear film rupture time, corneal fluorescence staining and subjective symptoms in patients with dry-yin deficiency of dry eyes.
