| Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of gout urate reabsorption in intermittent period using the theory of "not treating disease" in Chinese medicine.Methods:60 patients from March 2019 to December 2019 will be included in the orthopedics clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 people in each group. The treatment group was given Chinese medicine self-made decoction combined with health education and treatment. The control group was given benzbromarone tablets for oral administration combined with health education and treatment. The monitoring indicators are regularly reviewed every 2 weeks for a total of 6 weeks, and the curative effect is counted after 6 weeks.Record the changes of knee urate deposition(double-track sign),renal function(blood uric acid)and liver function under ultrasound.X-ray film before and after treatment(confirm whether there is gout formation).Observe the urinary color Doppler ultrasound(with or without the formation of kidney stones before and after treatment,if the symptoms are present before the observation, they will not be included)and compare them.get conclusion.Result:1.After the course of treatment, compare the total effective rate of the two groups, the treatment group was 90.00%,the control group was 70.00%,the clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).2.After the treatment, the blood uric acid level of the two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the blood uric acid level of the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).3.After the treatment, the two-track signs observed under ultrasound in both groups were significantly smaller or the echo weakened compared with before treatment.Compared with the control group, the two-track signs observed in the treatment group had improved. The amount of knees affected was not statistically significant at the second week after treatment(P>0.05),but at the 4/6th week after treatment,it was significantly improved compared to the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance. And with the follow-up of treatment, there was a significant increase in the amount of knee improvement in the treatment group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.4.After the treatment,3 patients in the control group showed a slight increase in alanine aminotransferase(ALT),but it did not affect the observation of efficacy,so they did not fall off.Compared with the control group, there was no abnormal discomfort in the treatment group. The treatment group taking the self-made decoction of traditional Chinese medicine had alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and creatinine within the normal range.Fluctuated(P>0.05),not statistically significant. The data of the above three groups in the control group were improved after taking the drug(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.5.After the treatment, the formation of gout stones was not observed under the X-ray film in both groups, suggesting that early intervention for patients with intermittent gout has clinical significance in preventing the formation of gout stones.Conclusion:1.Incorporating the theory of TCM treatment of disease into early intervention of patients with intermittent gout can control blood uric acid levels, promote urate deposition and reabsorption, prevent the formation of gout stones, delay the acute attack of gout and other complications, and avoid the use of Western medicine The possibility of damage to liver and kidneyfunctions, thus protecting liver and kidney functions.Reduce the patient’s pain and enable the patient to recover soon.2.The method of invigorating the spleen and kidney and promoting blood circulation and dispersing the blood has a significant effect on the reabsorption of urate in patients with intermittent gout. And there are no side effects, high safety, good clinical efficacy, more easily accepted and recognized by many patients with gout,it is worthy of clinical application. |
