Objective:Risk factors of esophageal-gastric anastomotic fistula after radical resection of esophageal cancerMethods: Clinical data of 390 patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively.Operation methods: the traditional thoracotomy group included left thoracotomy esophageal cancer radical surgery(Sweet)194 cases, transabdominal right thoracotomy two-cut esophageal cancer radical surgery(Ivor-Lewis)105 cases, transacervical right thoracotomy upper thoracotomy three-cut esophageal cancer radical treatment(McKeown)29 cases;minimally invasive group thoracoscopy combined with esophageal cancer radical surgery(TLE)62 cases. The counting data and grade variables were tested by χ2,and the P value less than 0.05 indicated that the difference between groups was statistically significant, and then the corresponding parameters were analyzed by binary Logistic regression analysis. Results: Single factor analysis showed that operation mode, accompanied with diabetes, hypertension, age, malignant tumor site, anastomotic site, operation time and postoperative serum albumin content were related to the occurrence of esophageal-gastric anastomotic fistula, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age is not an independent factordiabetes mellitus, hypertension, operation time and albumin content were independent risk factors for anastomotic fistula. Conclusion: Age,operation mode, anastomotic site are closely related to the occurrence of esophageal-gastric anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer operation, and diabetes, hypertension, operation time and postoperative albumin content are the important causes of anastomotic fistula after esophageal cancer operation.
