Objective: To analyze the correlation between microangiopathy and serum CYFRA21-1,CA199,CEA.Methods: From 2017 to 2018,60 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(No microangiopathy in type 2 diabetes)and 60 patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with microvascular diseases(at least one of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, diabetic nephropathy and diabetic retinopathy)and 60 healthy people in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected and divided into Three groups, group A is the healthy people in the physical examination center, group B is the simple type 2 diabetes patients, group C is the type 2 diabetes patients with microvascular disease. The general information, gender, age, nationality, history of diabetes mellitus, body mass index, etc.of the three groups were collected, and the related indexes such as HbA1 c,blood lipid, bun,SCR,UA were detected in the laboratory. The correlation analysis of CYFRA21-1,CA199 and CEA with each index and each complication was compared among the three groups,P < 0.05 was statistically significant. Results: The levels of CYFRA21-1,CA199 and CEA in group B and group C were higher than those in group A(P < 0.01);the levels of CYFRA21-1,CA199 and CEA in group C were higher than those in group B(P < 0.01);the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C HDL-C in group B and group C were higher than those in group A,and the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C HDL-C were lower.CA199 in patients with type 2 diabetes is related to HbAlc,which increases with the increase of HbAlc.Conclusions: 1.The levels of CYFRA21-1,CA199 and CEA in patients with type 2diabetic microangiopathy are higher than those without microangiopathy.2.The levels of CYFRA21-1,CA199 and CEA in patients with type 2 diabetes were higher than those in the control group.3.There was a positive correlation between CA199 and HbAlc.4.The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C HDL-C in patients with type 2 diabetes and those with microvascular disease were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of HDL-C were lower.
