20 actinomycetes had been isolated from three plants,Clematrs mandshusica Rupr.,Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce and Dictamnus dasycarpus Turcz.which were advantaged producing area medicinal plants.After small amounts of fermentation,chemical selection was applied with TLC and HPLC,3 strains with plentiful metabolites had a large number of fermentation.The secondary metabolites after fermentation were researched.By means of kinds of chromatography methods,including silica gel chromatography,ODS opening column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,HP-20 resin and half-preparative HPLC,the chemical constituents of fermentation broth and mycelium of 3 strains were isolated and their chemical structures were identified on the basis of properties and spectrum data.19 compounds were isolated from strain WLXQS-SCK-4(Streptomyces netropsis)which was separated from rhizosphere soil of plant Clematrs mandshusica Rupr.of Qingyuan county,Liaoning province,China,and their structures were identified as flazin(1),pimprinol A(2),pimprinine(3),pimprinethine(4),WS-30581 A(5),alloaureothin(6),fraxinellone(7),N-acetyltryptophan(8),N-acetyl-?-oxotryptamine(9),3-carboxyl indole(10),bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(11),dibutyl phthalate(12),4-acetamidobenzamide(13),phenylalanin(14),benzoic acid(15),pyrrol-2-carboxamide(16),adenine(17),thymidine(18),uracil(19).7 compunds were isolated from strain WLXQS-SCK-3(Streptomyces nigrescens)which was separated from rhizosphere soil of plant Clematrs mandshusica Rupr.of Qingyuan county,Liaoning province,China,and 3 of them were identified as cyclo(Leu-Pro)(20),cyclo(Phe-Pro)(21)and cyclo(Hyp-Phe)(22).2 compounds were isolated from strain WLXQG-G1-2 which was separated from root issue of plant Clematrs mandshusica Rupr.of Qingyuan county,Liaoning province,China,and their structures were identified as cyclo(Phe-Pro)(21)and cyclo(Hyp-Phe)(22).30 compounds had been isolated from three endophytic and rhizosphere soil-derived actinomycetes,the structures of 30 compounds were elucidated by physicchemical properties and spectroscopic data,compound 7 was isolated frommicroorganism metabolites at the first time,compound 13 was a new natural product,compound 1 was isolated from Streptomyces at the first time,compound 2,3,5,8-12,14-16,19 were isolated from Streptomyces netropsisat the first time,compound 20-22 were isolated from Streptomyces nigrescens at the first time.In these identified compounds,a kind of indolyl oxazole ring compounds and a ?-capolin compound hd good anti-virus activity by literatures,and a type of cyclic dipeptide compounds hd excellent anti-cancer activity.By means of extraction,separation and identification,virus of other information was gotten from literatures,and these results become basis of subsequent research.The research progress on plant endophytic microorganism metabolites were reviewed,the sources of strain,structure types of metabolites and bioactivities were summarized and concluded.
