The Clinical Comparison In The Treatment Of Parastomal Hernia Repair Between Re-do Preperitoneal Technology And Laparoscopic Sugarbaker

Objective:Our study aim to investigate the difference in the outcome of sublay and laparoscopic Sugarbaker on the treatment of parastatal hernia.Methods:The clinical data of 29 patients with parastomal hernia from May 2015 to January 2020 in Professor Fuquan Yang’s team of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were retrospectively analyze d.The patients were divided into two groups based on different procedures:the re-do preperitoneal technology group(n=18)and the laparoscopic Sugarbaker group(n=11).The postoperative datas were collected and compared statistically,such as,the operative time,the time of first exhaust after operation,VAS at the third day,the time of drainage,length of hospital after operation,infections rate and medical costs.Results:(1)The operation time in re-do preperitoneal technology group(95.83±25.34)min was shorted than it in the laparoscopic Sugarbaker group(100.91±29.14)min(z=-0.521,P=0.0.602>0.05).The two groups had no significant difference after statistical analysis.(2)VAS at third day after operation in the re-do preperitoneal technology group is lower than that in the laparoscopic Sugarbaker group(0/11)(?~2=14.399,P=0.000<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical analysis.(3)The first time of exhaust after operation in the re-do preperitoneal technology group(1.33±0.485)d early in the laparoscopic Sugarbaker group(2.82±0.751)d(z=-4.160,P P=0.000<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical analysis.(4)The time of drainage in re-do preperitoneal technology group(7.33±2.249)d is longer than it in the laparoscopic Sugarbaker group(1.55±2.876)d(z=-0.136,P=0.891>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical analysis.(5)The length of hospital after operation in the re-do preperitoneal technology group(8.56±3.634)d is longer than it in the laparoscopic Sugarbaker group(8.55±2.806)d(z=-3.754,P=0.000<0.05).The two groups had no significant difference after statistical analysis.(6)The cost in re-do preperitoneal technology group(4.16±1.028)ten thousand yuan is lower than it in the laparoscopic Sugarbaker group(8.93±1.818)ten thousand yuan(z=-4.388,P=0.000<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after statistical analysis.Conclusion:Compared with the laparoscopic Sugarbaker,the re-do preperitoneal technology reduced postoperative pain and promoted the recovery of bowel function,which can make the first time of exhaust earlier,and reduced the medical costs.
