At present,China is in an unprecedented stage of population aging.How to alleviate the huge pressure brought by the large number of elderly people,improve the elderly health care service level and improve the elderly health care service system are an important problem facing the health industry in China.With the progress of society,the requirements of the elderly for their later life have been gradually improved,and diversified pension services have emerged.This project is based on the hospital-medical integration project.The main research content is how to scientifically and effectively manage the cost of medical and nursing integration projects in medical institutions,analyze and compare the results of department cost accounting,and explore effective methods for cost control of medical and nursing integration projects.Firstly introduce the concepts and theoretical basis of the combination of medical and nursing,cost control,project and cost management,and put forward the insights of this research project based on the previous scholars 'research results;secondly,analyze the research based on the previous scholars' methods and contents of hospital cost measurement The cost composition and the theory of cost control in the cost control of the integrated Chinese medicine and nutrition project.Finally,by analyzing the current cost control status of the GXQ hospital integrated medical and nutrition project,finding out the problems encountered in the process of project cost control management,and analyzing,the corresponding analysis results are put forward.Measures to improve the adverse factors in the cost control process,improve the efficiency of project cost operation,and increase the feasibility of project promotion.The conclusion of the study is that by strengthening cost control management,improving related policies and measures for cost control,especially by strengthening variable cost control,can effectively reduce cost expenditures,increase economic profits,and provide financial support for the sustainable development of hospitals.
