The Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Radiofrequency Ablation Combined With Chemotherapy In Treating Late Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective:To study the short-term efficacy and improvement effect on quality of life of CT guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA)in treating late non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Collected in October 2017～December 2018 in our hospital 317 cases of advanced NSCLC patients(Ⅲ B～Ⅳ period),all patients were carried out in accordance with the presence of radiofrequency ablation can be divided into two groups,They were selected for propensity score matching(PSM)in sex,age,tumor diameter,stage and type,whether to use targeted drugs,with a matching tolerance of 0.05,and 42 pairs were successfully paired.The changes in chest enhanced CT before and 3 months after treatment and the quality of life measurement scale EORTC QLQ-C30 compliled by Europe Orgnize for Research on Treatment of Cancer in Chinese version were evaluated.Results:The disease control rate of the treatment group was 88.09%,which was highly higher than that of the control group(61.91%).The overall quality of life of the two groups was improved after treatment.The scores of the patients in the treatment group after radiofrequency ablation were significantly better than those in the control group in functional areas such as body,society and mood,and the scores of symptoms such as fatigue,pain and appetite were significantly better than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The median OS in the treatment group was 15 months(95%CI: 13.992～16.008 months),while the median OS in the control group was 9 months(95%CI: 6.029 ～11.971 months).The median PFS was 4 months(95%CI: 3.037～4.963 months)in the control group and 7 months(95%CI: 5.463～8.537 months)in the treatment group.PFS and OS in the treatment group were significantly longer than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency ablation combined with chemotherapy is safe and effective in the treatment of NSCLC,which can control local tumor progression,reduce tumor burden,It also improves the quality of life of patients with advanced NSCLC and prolongs progress free survival and overall survival.
