Objectives By observing the effect of Guben Dingchan fang on the UPDRSⅢ,TCM syndrome score, improved HY classification, serum Hcy,Hs-CRP and other indicators of patients with Parkinson’s disease, the clinical efficacy is evaluated, which provides evidence for Guben Dingchan fang intervention in Parkinson’s disease. Methods 70 patients with PD of kidney deficiency, phlegm and turbidity from the Department of Encephalopathy,Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Hebei Province that met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group was only given Dopazide dosage, and the treatment group combined with Guben Dingchan fang on the basis of conventional western medicine therapy. The unified Parkinson disease rating scaleⅢ(UPDRSⅢ),the TCM symptoms score,Modified Hoehn&Yahr rating scale(H-Y),Dopazide dosage and the levels of serum Hcy and Hs-CRP were contrasted between the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment, the statistical software SPSS 22.0 was used to compare and analyze the results. The measurement data were analyzed with t test, and the grade data were analyzed with rank sum test, the counting data were analyzed with X2 test. When P<0.05,the difference was found to be statistically significant. Results 1 After treatment, the UPDRSⅢ scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before, and differences within the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the UPDRSⅢ scores of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).2 After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before and the differences were significant(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).3 The comparison of the effective rates of TCM syndromes in two groups, the treatment group(87.88%)was significantly higher than the control group(46.88%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).4 There were no significant differences in H-Y classification between groups and within groups after treatment(P>0.05).5 After treatment, the dosage of Dopazide in the treatment group was reduced, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The difference of the dosage of Dopazide in the control group has no significance(P>0.05);The difference of the amount of Dopazide between the two groups after treatment has no significance(P>0.05).6 The levels of serum Hcy in the treatment group was significantly lower than before(P<0.05);while in the control group the level of serum Hcy was not significantly lower than before(P>0.05).The levels of serum Hcy in the two groups after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05).7 The level of serum Hs-CRP in the treatment group was significantly lower than before(P<0.05);while the level of serum Hs-CRP in the control group was not significantly lower than before(P>0.05).The levels of serum Hs-CRP in the two groups after treatment were statistically different(P<0.05).8 There has no significant change in liver and kidney function between the two groups before and after treatment, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions 1 Guben Dingchan fang has a good effect on improving the motive symptoms of PD patients with shenxutanzhuoxing, and can significantly improve UPDRSⅢ,TCM syndrome scores, serum Hcy,Hs-CRP and other indicators of PD patients.2 Guben Dingchan fang is safe and has no adverse reactions. It can reduce theamount of Western medicine to a certain extent, but it can not replace Western medicine for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease, and it can not temporarily reverse the disease.Figure 0;Table 11;Reference 154...
