Purpose: Summarize the flexible push-and-hold technique in the classical literature.Material and method: Traditional Chinese medicine massage has a long history, and some scholars praise it as "elderly medicine".For a theory of treating people with massage, the term massage is gradually evolved from Capricorn, massage, and massage. In this time, massage therapy is also an ancient Chinese method of treating injuries and is an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine.Tuina refers to a traditional Chinese medicine method for treating meridians and acupoints on the human body with hands, such as pushing, holding, lifting, pinching, and rubbing.Tuina also has the titles of "seeking","seeking" and "case".Tuina is a non-drug natural therapy and physical therapy.Usually refers to the doctor’s use of his own hands to act on the patient’s body surface, injured areas, painful zones, and specifically use push, hold, press, rub, rub, pinch, point, shoot, etc.Various methods and strengths,in order to achieve the effects of detecting the meridians, boosting qi and blood, refusing pain, relieving the evil and righting, rebalancign yin and yang, and extending the capacity of humans body.Because of simplicity of Traditional Chinese medicine massage method, and because it has no side effects,it has been continuously developed and improved in China for thousands of years and has been widely spread all over the world. Therefore,China’s massage manipulation method has attracted worldwide attention.China is the country which has the longest history of Traditional Medicine in the world. The origin of first massage therapies can be traced back to the ancient times. There are great number of the ancient treaties of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and there are many records of flexible massage.Flexible massage has the functions of clearing meridians, clearing collaterals, stimulating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, relieving musclesand dispersing knots, and relieving evils and relieving rectification. Therefore, common clinical medical disorders, neurological diseases, bone injury diseases, gynecological diseases, pediatric diseases as chronic gastritis, constipation, diarrhea, hypertension, coronary heart disorders, chronic lung disease, hemiplegia, postoperative bowel adhesions, hemiplegia, chronic low back pain, soft tissue damage, dysmenorrhea, insufficient postpartum milk, pediatric cold, polio sequelae, etc. Both of them have obvious therapeutic effects, and are accepted and used by more and more people at home and abroad as a simple and non-side effect therapy. Results:Due to the selective molding effect of traditional Chinese culture on the practice technology and theoretical construction of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine has not obtained a theoretical paradigm of natural science, but the content of practical experience has natural scientific content.Compared with other disciplines of Chinese medicine, massage can only be called a practical technique, which has inherent advantages when combined with modern medicine. With the change of people’s understanding of traditional medicine, the precious experience of traditional Chinese massage massage, which was originally hidden in history, will be re-interpreted.Conclusion:It can be seen that combined with the classical Chinese medicine in China,it is highly necessary to carry out a unified analysis of flexible massage techniques. This topic uses ancient medical books such as the Yellow Emperor’s Canon,Typhoid Fever,Qian Qian Yao Fang as research. The object explores the origin and development of flexible massage techniques, and collects a large amount of information on ancient Chinese medicine materials, and conducts an in-depth discussion and analysis of flexible massage techniques. The content is as follows.
