Venipuncture is one of the earliest and most widely used in vitro drug delivery routes in clinical medicine.When inexperienced medical staff perform venipunctures on infants and obese patients,it is often necessary to perform multiple venipunctures due to the difficulty in identifying the blood vessels.The high failure rate of the puncture process not only increases the patient's physical and psychological pain,but also is not conducive to the doctor-patient relationship.Under the premise of ensuring low cost,obtaining a general solution to improve the recognition of subcutaneous veins to improve the success rate of venipuncture is of great clinical significance.In order to improve the success rate of venipuncture for medical staff,this article conducts technical research from three angles of subcutaneous vein image acquisition,processing and real-time display.This paper studies the characteristics of veins and infrared imaging principles,completes the selection of front-end acquisition system components mainly based on infrared light sources,infrared filters and CMOS image acquisition modules,and completes ROI area extraction and noise reduction of images in the preprocessing step;For the problem of low contrast of vein infrared images,this paper proposes a vein image enhancement algorithm based on CLAHE and multi-scale detail fusion,using the classic CLAHE algorithm to enhance the contrast of the image,and using a multi-scale edge algorithm based on Gaussian difference Enhance the detailed information in the image,and finally use the segmentation of the vein image to extract the vein distribution map;take the Raspberry Pi as the hardware carrier,build a software environment on it and transplant the full set of image processing algorithms,realizing the vein image in real time The key area extraction,enhancement processing and segmentation results,combined with the output device to achieve real-time output of vein images.Finally,after testing,the system can accurately display the distribution of veins in the puncture area in real time,greatly increasing the visibility of the subcutaneous veins,and assisting the work of medical workers.It has certain innovation and clinical application value.
