Objective: Human Milk Oligosaccharides HMOs(Human Milk Oligosaccharides HMOs)plays a unique and important role in the growth and development of neonates. The purpose of this study was to detect the HMOS content of 12 kinds of human breast milk in shijiazhuang and analyze the factors that caused the difference in HMOS content. To enrich the database of breast milk in China. Methods: Volunteers were recruited from a hospital in shijiazhuang on the basis of informed consent and voluntary participation.Inclusion criteria: age 20-40 years, full term delivery,no birth defects or other diseases, weight between 2500 g and 4000 g.Exclusion criteria: breast diseases such as mastitis, cracked nipple, etc.Chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes;Pregnancy has bad habits such as smoking and drinking.Self-made questionnaire and hospital case collection, the basic information of nursing mothers. The contents of 12 kinds of HMOs were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.Protein, fat, carbohydrate, dry matter and energy were measured by the Mirsi HMA breast milk analyzer.Result: The mean age of 90 nursing mothers was(29.6±3.4)years and gestational age(40.6±2.1)weeks.The content of 12 kinds of HMOs in the colostrum respectively 2 ’FL: 223.10 + /-166.04,3 FL: 240.94 + /-187.96,3 sl: 1143.6 + /-1919.66,6 sl: 1711.1 + /-3220.23,LNF Ⅰ: 215.2 + /-297.91,LNFP Ⅲ: 293.2 + /-286.33,LNDFH Ⅱ: 166.1 + /-289.45,LNn H: 21.3 + /-29.61,DSLNT: 24.534 + /-26.32,LSTa: 261.41 + /-59756,LSTb:228.67±529.107,LSTc:305±747.85,total content: 4810.82±7597.15(mg/ml);The contents of fat, protein, carbohydrate and dry matter were 2.707±1.04,1.94±0.7456,426±0.544,61.34±10.04(g/100ml)and 61.34±10.04(kcal/100ml),respectively.12 kinds of HMOs in 42 days of mature milk and total content of 2 ’FL respectively: 649.94 + /-370.95,3 FL: 715.84 + /-419.72,3 sl: 4321.79 + /-4718.01,6 sl: 7403.99 + /-7797.52,LNFP Ⅰ: 369.65 + /-329.12,LNFP Ⅲ: 411.36 + /-348.81,LNDFH Ⅱ: 476.84 + /-532.59,LNn H: 48.45 + /-53.07,DSLNT: 40.87 + /-42.05,LSTa:747.44±1480.87,LSTb:794.73±1512.36,LSTc:986.97±1901.95,total content: 16967.86±17295.46(mg/ml).Conclusion: HMOs content varies greatly among different nursing mothers, which may be affected by different maternal age, birth time, weight gain during pregnancy, and sleep time.Different HMOs have some correlation with each other, but there is no direct correlation with macronutrients. The content of HMOs in mature milk at 42 days was higher than that in colostrum.
