Application Of Emergency Surgeon Led Bedside Ultrasound In Realtime Interventional Diagnosis And Treatment Of Severe Acute Liver Abscess

Objective: to explore the application value of emergency surgeon led bedside ultrasound in the real-time interventional diagnosis and treatment of severe acute liver abscess.Methods:70-patients with severe acute liver abscess admitted to the Emergency Surgery of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from 2017 to 2019 were analyzed.The accuracy of bedside ultrasound diagnosis led by emergency surgeons,puncture time of ultrasound guided interventional treatment,complications,and hospitalization of patients were analyzed.Compared with the bedside ultrasound led by the ultrasound physician,there were no significant difference between the two groups of data.Results:Compared with bedside ultrasound led by the emergency surgeon,bedside ultrasound led by the ultrasound room,the diagnostic accuracy,puncture time,and complications occurred were not statistically significant.However,the hospital stay was short and the hospitalization cost significantly reduced.Statistical calculations have significant statistical significance.Conclusion:The bedside ultrasound led by emergency surgeons not only has all the advantages of ordinary bedside ultrasound in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of severe acute liver abscess,but also can shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the cost of hospitalization of patients.It can be widely promoted and applied.
