Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of lung ultrasound in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)by means of diagnostic meta-analysis.Methods: Databases such as CNKI、Wanfang、VIP、 Sino Med、Pub Med、The Cochrane Library,EMBASE and Ovid were searched to col-lect lung ultrasound related literature on the diagnosis of neonatal respi-ratory distress syndrome, including Chinese and English.Stata16.0 soft ware was used to synthesize the forest maps and the symmetric receiver operating characteristic curve(SROC)of the subjects. Results: The combined sensitivity of lung ultrasound was 0.98,95%CI(0.82-1.00),the specificity was 0.89,95%CI(0.24-1.00),the area under the curve(AUC)is 0.99,95%CI(0.98-1.00).Conclusions: The application of pulmonary ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome has high sensitivity and specificity, and has a better diagnostic value, which provides further guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
