Discovery Of Professor Shen Qilin’s Clinical Experience In Treating Chronic Cough Based On Data Mining And Pharmacodynamic Experiment

The article aims to analyze the clinical data of Professor Shen Qilin by using data mining and other methods to study the treatment and durgs discipline of chronic cough.Through pharmacodynamic experiments to observe the Jiusou decoction in antitussive,anti-inflammatory,anti-allergy effects and to provide experimental basis for clinical application.Method:1.Data mining methodsUsing Microsoft Office Excel 2010 software to create a database and using the SPSS Statistics 23.0 software package for frequency analysis of TCM symptoms,syndrome differentiation,common prescriptions,core drugs with 93 clinical ceses.And finally applying the measure of data association rules of SPSS ModelerSub by using Apriori algorithm analysis for herbs-herbs and herbs-symptoms.At last though the statistics will summarize the core prescription.2.Pharmacodynamic experiments of core prescriptionAccording to the step 1,we observe the prescription’ s effect on cough response in mice and evaluate its antitussive effect.Xylene and glacial acetic acid were used as inflammatory agents to observe swelling of the ears of mice and permeability of mouse capillaries and the anti-inflammatory effect was evaluated;2,4-dinitrofluorobenzine was used as a sensitizer,and its effect on ear swelling,spleen index,and thymus index of mice was observed,and its anti-allergic effect was evaluated.Results:A total of 93 cases were included in this study,of which more than 2/3 patients were female;most of them were young and middle-aged.The most common symptoms are cough,sputum,cough,foreign body sensation in the throat,dry cough,itching,cold cough,tightness,night cough,no sputum,fear of coldness,chest tightness;common tongue and veins are white fur,pulse count,slippery pulse,yellow fur,pulse string;commonly used drugs are licorice,bitter almond,scutellaria baicalensis,cicada,burdock seedling,Baibei,bellflower,aster Ephedra,coltsfoot,white before,pinellia.The statistics of all drug-like tastes and meridian results showed that the use rate of warm medicine was slightly higher than that of cold medicine;there were more bitter,sweet,and spicy medicines;more medicines were included in the lung,stomach,liver,and spleen.Utilize the "association analysis"function in the software and complex network analysis to mine one of Shen Qilin’s core prescriptions for treating chronic cough.The prescription drug composition is ephedra,bitter almond,aster,coltsfoot flower,Baibu,Baiqian,burdock,cicada,Schisandra chinensis,Scutellaria baicalensis,Licorice,Chinese bellflower,Pinellia ternata.Antitussive experiment results show that the Jiusou decoction in large,medium and small dose groups can significantly reduce the number of coughs in mice(P<0.01),the intensity of the effect is a dose-effect relationship;the anti-inflammatory experiment,the results show that Jiusou decoction in the large dose group can significantly decreased the capillary permeability of the abdominal cavity(P<0.05);the large and medium-dose groups of Jiusou Decoction significantly reduced the auricle swelling in mice caused by xylene(P<0.05);anti-allergic experiments showed that Jiusou Decoction in large,middle dose group,the auricle swelling of mice caused by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene can be significantly reduced(P<0.01);the spleen index and thymus index of the model mice and the model group of Jiusou Decoction in each dose group there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Based on data mining technology,the article summarized Professor Shen qilin’ s experiment of the herbs in treating chronic cough,and he runs it with"dispelling wind and dispersing cold,reducing qi and reducing phlegm,and regulating air flow";taking into account the functions of the spleen and stomach and liver qi;Syndrome differentiation and treatment of chronic cough.The core prescriptions are:ephedra,bitter almond,aster,coltsfoot flower,Bai Bu,Baiqian,burdock,cicada,schisandra,scutellaria,licorice,bellflower,pinellia.The pharmacodynamic experimental research results of Jiusou Decoction show that Jiusou Decoction can simultaneously exert antitussive,anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects.The above effects of Jiusou Decoction are related to the dose of the drug.
