Purpose:By comparing and analyzing the visual function after cataract phacoemulsification combined with ZEISS trifocal intraocular lens(AT LISA tri839MP)and Flysight-area refraction multifocal intraocular lens(SBL-3)implantation,explore different types of multifocal intraocular lenses The effect of lens on early visual function after cataract surgery and its TCM syndrome typing characteristics.Method:Retrospective,non-randomized controlled study.This study used retrospective analysis.Including patients who had undergone cataract phacoemulsification combined with different types of intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019,including 88 age-related cataract patients(125 eyes)and 42 patients with high myopia complicated with cataract eye).Age-related cataract patients: 40 patients(60 eyes)in the AT LISA tri839 MP trifocal intraocular lens group,and 48 patients(65 eyes)in the SBL-3 regional refraction multifocal intraocular lens group;patients with high myopia complicated with cataract AT LISA There were 27 patients(37 eyes)in the tri839 MP trifocal intraocular lens group,and 15 patients(19 eyes)in the SBL-3 area refraction multifocal intraocular lens group.Observe the presbyopic and 1 day,1 week,and 1 month of naked eye far vision,middle vision,and near vision,best corrected far vision,equivalent spherical lens,contrast sensitivity,and analyze the medical syndrome type.Using SPSS24.0 statistical software,statistical analysis of the data.Result:1.The age-related cataract after implantation of AT LISA tri839 MP IOL or SBL-3 IOL has improved visual acuity and optimal corrected visual acuity significantly(P <0.05).2.The age-related cataract in the AT LISA tri839 MP group was higher than that in the SBL-3 group at 1 day,1 week,and 1 month after operation.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in near vision between weeks and January(P> 0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in the best corrected far vision between the two groups after surgery(P <0.05).The age-related cataracts in the AT LISA tri839 MP group and the SBL-3 group had a statistically significant difference(P <0.05).The age-related cataracts in the AT LISA tri839 MP group and the SBL-3 group had a spatial contrast sensitivity of 3cpd and 6 cpd under scotopic conditions.The AT LISA tri839 MP group was superior to the SBL-3 group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),There was no statistically significant difference in contrast sensitivity between the two groups at 12 cpd and 18 cpd(P> 0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in area under the logarithmic contrast function(AULCSF)between the two groups(P> 0.05).Postoperative far vision,best corrected far vision,and equivalent spherical lens in patients with high myopia complicated with cataract were significantly improved(P <0.05).3.High myopia complicated with cataract after implantation of AT LISA tri839 MP IOL or SBL-3 IOL with far vision,best corrected far vision,and spherical equivalent were significantly improved compared with before surgery(P <0.05).4.The high myopia complicated with cataract in the AT LISA tri839 MP group was higher than that in the SBL-3 group at 1 day,1 week,and 1 month after operation.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The difference in peripheral vision was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),and the difference in near vision after 1 month was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference between the two groups in the best corrected far vision was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the AT LISA tri839 MP group and the SBL-3 group after operation of spherical equivalent(P <0.05).High myopia complicated with cataract in the AT LISA tri839 MP group and the SBL-3 group after 3cpd spatial contrast sensitivity under scotopic conditions,the AT LISA tri839 MP group was better than the SBL-3 group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),dark Under visual conditions,there was no statistically significant difference in contrast sensitivity between the two groups at 6 cpd,12 cpd,and 18 cpd(P> 0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in area under the logarithmic contrast function(AULCSF)between the two groups(P> 0.05).5.The distribution of TCM syndromes of age-related cataracts shows that the syndromes are mostly of liver and kidney deficiency and weak spleen qi.Conclusion:1.Age-related cataracts and high myopia complicated with cataract patients have improved long-range,medium-and short-range vision after implantation of AT LISA tri839 MP IOL and SBL-3 IOL;2.Patients with age-related cataracts and high myopia complicated with cataracts have significantly improved visual function after implantation of AT LISA tri839 MP IOL and SBL-3 IOL.The former can provide better far and middle vision and contrast sensitivity;3.The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of age-related cataract are mainly liver and kidney deficiency and weak spleen qi.
