Study On The Current Situation Of Chronic Disease Prevention And Control In Primary Medical And Health Institutions

The purpose of this study is to find out the ability of prevention and control of chronic diseases at the grassroots level in Sichuan Province,to understand the current situation of prevention and control of chronic diseases at the grassroots level in urban and rural areas,to evaluate the development trend of chronic disease prevention and control,and to explore the influencing factors of prevention and control capacity,to provide reference suggestions for further improving the prevention and control of chronic diseases at the grassroots level in Sichuan Province,to promote the construction of prevention and control of chronic diseases,and to help the development of health services in the whole province.Our research methods include literature analys-is?questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.The research mainly based on two kinds of software to analyze the data.They are SPSS and Mplus.Through chi-square test,independent sample t-test,Mann-Whitney U test,Kruskal-Wallis H test,latent class analysis,the ability of chronic disease prevention and control in Sichuan Province was studied.The main findings are as follows:(1)There is a huge disparity in the prevention and control of chronic diseases at the grassroots level in urban and rural areas.The township health centers are inferior to the community health service centers in the basic configuration of chronic disease prevention and control,but the proportion of the two types of institutions equipped with pulmonary function meter is low.Township health centers have relatively high demand for professional training,and community health service centers have better publicized health knowledge.The management of high-risk groups of chronic diseases needs to be improved,especially in township health centers.Both types of institutions need to further improve the reporting of chronic disease cases.(2)The prevention and control of chronic diseases at the grassroots level has improved significantly compared with 2013.In 2017,the basic configuration,training guidance,health promotion,and case report of Sichuan's primary health institutions have significantly improved compared with 2013.There are more grassroots self-management groups for chronic diseases,but the management of high-risk groups of chronic diseases is still a weak part in prevention and control(3)The three factors of personnel,funding,and region affect the category.The areas with better economic development in Sichuan Province have stronger ability of prevent and control chronic diseases in primary health institutions.There is a significant difference in the prevention and control staff of the excellent chronic disease prevention and control group compared with the general group and the inadequate group,and there is a significant difference in the prevention and control funding of the chronic disease prevention and control insufficient group compared with the general group and the excellent group.This suggests that for different types of grass-roots institutions,targeted investments should be made to improve their prevention and control capabilities,focusing on the focus of strategies to improve their prevention and control capabilities.
