Study On The Influential Factors Of Adoption And Decision Model Of Intelligent Medical Assistant Diagnosis Systems

The diagnosis and treatment ability of hospitals has significantly improved in recent years.However,the distribution of high-quality medical resources between urban and rural areas in China is severely uneven.Grassroots hospitals,especially the backward medical institutions in remote areas,have significant differences in the diagnosis and treatment level of substantial diseases such as gastric cancer,which is not conducive to protecting the life safety and health security of the people.In recent years,The emergence and development of intelligent medical assistant diagnosis system have an essential role in improving the ability of doctors to diagnose and reduce the gap between urban and rural medical services.However,the intelligent medical assistant diagnosis system has not yet formed strong support for promoting the balanced distribution of high-quality medical resources and promoting the improvement of diagnosis and treatment level of primary medical institutions.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research of influencing factors of doctors' adoption of intelligent medical assistant diagnosis systems.This paper innovatively designs a multimodal reasoning assisted diagnosis decision model based on the key factors such as the accuracy and comprehensibility of diagnoses that affect the system's promotion.The research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on Technology Acceptance Model and perceived risk theory,this paper constructs the adoption model of intelligent medical assistant diagnosis systems.About 181 doctors' complete questionnaires were collected through an Internet survey,and the validity,reliability,standard method deviation,and multicollinearity of the questionnaire data were analyzed Equivalent validity test;This paper uses the structural equation model to make an empirical analysis of the proposed hypothesis and model,revealing the influence mechanism of information quality,perceived usefulness,and perceived risk on doctors' willingness to use.(2)According to the investigation conclusion of information quality factors,such as the comprehensibility on doctors' willingness,this paper aims to construct a multimodal reasoning assisted diagnosis decision model(SCNet),which integrates medical images and text-based electronic medical records based on attention mechanism and multimodal intelligent analysis method,to solve the problems of poor comprehensibility of results and difficulty in processing multimodal data.The performance of our method has been verified is verified on 8272 gastroscopy cases in the hospital.In summary,this paper is of great practical value to identify the influencing factors that restrict the promotion of intelligent medical assistant diagnosis systems,clarify the research direction of the future system,and it is theoretical significance to develop the theory of decision-making in intelligent medical.
