| Objective:Exploring the relationship between the methylation results of SHOX2 and RASSF1 A gene in the tip eluate of the biopsy needle after percutaneous lung puncture guided by CT and the patient’s sex,age,depth of puncture,number of samples taken,distance from the lesion to the pleura,location of the lesion and pathological type,so as to indirectly find out the risk factors that lead to the formation of implant metastasis of tumor cells carried by biopsy needle tip,so as to provide theoretical basis for further reduction of implant metastasis.Methods:From May 2018 to August 2019,74 patients who underwent CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in the first respiratory department of the second hospital of Hebei Medical University were studied.The methylation of SHOX2 and RASSF1 A gene was detected in the tip eluate of biopsy needle after operation.The results of sex,age,depth of puncture,number of samples,distance from lesion to pleura,location of lesion and pathological type were recorded and analyzed.Results: Of the 38 patients who underwent CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy and whose pathology were malignant tumor,The results of methylation of SHOX2 and RASSF1 A gene in needle tip eluate of biop sy needle in the number of samples(≦2、>2)were statistically significant(P < 0.05);The results of Methylation results of SHOX2 and RASSF1 A gene in needle tip eluent of biopsy needle in the gender,age(≦45、46-55、56-65、≧66),Penetration depth(<1cm、≦1cm),distance from the lesion to pleura(0cm、>0cm),Lesion location(right lung,left lung,ot h-ers)and pathological type(adenocarcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,s mall cell carcinoma,others,unclassified)were no significant difference(P > 0.05).Conclusions:Of the patients who underwent CT guided percutaneou s lung biopsy and whose pathology are malignant tumor,the number of samples increase,and the probability of positive methylation of SHOX2 and RASSF1A gene in the tip eluent of biopsy needle increase,the pos sibility of planting transfer will increase. |
