Objective: To investigate the effect of postoperative lower limb reh abilitation training on patients undergoing OLIF surgery.Methods:1.Formulate inclusion and exclusion criteria.2.Develop rehabilitation training plan.3.Make VAS,JOA chart and patient satisfaction questionnaire.4.Collect preoperative VAS scores and JOA scores from candidate patients.5.Collect VAS scores and JOA scores 1 week,2 weeks,1 month,3 months respectively after operation from candidate patients.6.Screen out the data meeting the criteria.7.Divide the screened out cases into two groups depends on wheth er they carried postoperative lower limb rehabilitation training or not.T hose who did not receive lower limb rehabilitation training were named control group, and those who received lower limb rehabilitation trainin g were named training group.8.Compare the baseline data between the two groups.9.The differences of the above indexes between control group and training group at different time points(preoperative,1 week after surger y,2 weeks after surgery,1 month after surgery,3 months after surgery) were then analyzed.Meanwhile, the differences between preoperative in dexes and postoperative(1 week after surgery,2 weeks after surgery,1 month after surgery,3 months after surgery)indexes of both groups w ere also analyzed. Results: 1.Compared with the preoperative VAS scores, both contr ol group and training group achieved lower scores at any time point after surgery.VAS scores of the training group are significantly lower tha n those of the control group 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery;there is no significant difference between control group and training group 1 month and 3 months after surgery.2.Compared with the preoperative J OA scores, both control group and training group achieved better scores at any time point after surgery.JOA scores of training group were sig nificantly higher than control group 1 week and 2 weeks after surgery; there is no significant difference between control group and training gr oup 1 month and 3 months after surgery.3.Patients' satisfaction in bot h groups improved continuously after OLIF surgery, and most patients were satisfied 3 months after operation.Patients' satisfaction of the train ing group was better than that in the control group 2 weeks after the o peration,1 month after the operation, and 3 months after the operation.Conclusions:1.Lower limb rehabilitation training after OLIF surgery can promot e pain improvement in the early postoperative stage.2.Lower limb rehabilitation training after OLIF surgery can acceler ate functional recovery in the early postoperative stage.3.Lower limb rehabilitation training after OLIF surgery can promot e patients' satisfaction improvement in the early postoperative stage.
