Objective: The changes of tibial rotation before and after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were investigated by analyzing the tibialinternal rotation and TT-TG in the low knee flexion state before and a fter anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. Methods: In our study, case data of 25 patients who underwent an terior cruciate ligament reconstruction in our hospital from January 2018to January 2019 were collected, and 15° flexion CT of knee joint was taken postoperatively. The tibial internal rotation Angle and TT-TG dista nce were measured in the control group? before and after anterior cruci ate ligament reconstruction group.MRI of 30 patients 6 months after su rgery was used to evaluate the damage of the medial and lateral cartila ge of the patellofemoral joint by recht classification. The measured data were expressed as x±s,and the paired sample t test was used for the difference analysis.Spearman correlation analysis showed that 0 < r < 1was positive correlation. If r < 0,it represents a negative correlation. Results: TT-TG distance was 11.8mm±2.6mm,compared with 7.3m m±2.8mm in the preoperative group and 8.6mm±2.0mm in the postopera tive group. There were significant differences between the control group and the preoperative and postoperative groups. The tibial internal rotationAngle was 0.7°±3.4° in the control group,5.7°±4.6° in the preoperativ e group and 3.1°±3.2° in the postoperative group.TT-TG and tibial inter nal rotation Angle were significantly different between the preoperative group and the postoperative group(P < 0.05).TT-TG was negatively co rrelated with tibial internal rotation Angle before surgery, but it did notreach a significant level.Medial patellofemoral cartilage injury was more common than lateral injury. Conclusions: In patients with anterior cruciate ligament rupture, the tibia will be internal rotation in the low flexion state of the knee.TheTT-TG distance may be reduced compared to the control group due tothe internal movement of the tibial tuberosity.ACL reconstruction can r educe the tibial internal rotation angle to a certain extent, and TT-TG is significantly increased compared with that before surgery,But they fail ed to reach normal levels.ACL reconstruction has a certain effect on th e recovery of knee rotation stability, but it fails to return the affected k nee to normal level, which may be a risk factor for postoperative anteri or patellar pain and patellofemoral arthritis.
