Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of HSP90α in colorectal cancer patients,to investigate the relationship between the expression level of HSP90α and the clinicopathological characteristics of colorectal cancer,and to evaluate the significance of HSP90α in the monitoring of the efficacy of chemotherapy in advanced colorectal cancer.Methods:1.208 patients with primary colorectal cancer in Qinhuangdao first hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the experimental group,and 70 healthy people were selected as the control group.ELASA method was used to detect plasma HSP90α,and electrochemiluminescence method was used to detect CEA and CA199.The ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of HSP90α,CEA and CA199 in colorectal cancer.2.The relationship between HSP90α and clinicopathological characteristics of 208 patients with colorectal cancer was analyzed.3.Sixty-two patients with advanced colorectal cancer were selected to analyze the relationship between the changes in HSP90α,CEA,CA199 levels and the therapeutic efficacy before and after chemotherapy.SPSS 17.0 software is used for data processing.Results: 1.The levels of HSP90α,CEA and CA199 in patients with colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those in healthy controls(All P<0.05).2.ROC curve analysis showed that HSP90α had high sensitivity and the largest area under the curve;CEA and CA199 had higher specificity than HSP90α,and the combined diagnosis of the three was the best.3.The correlation analysis indicated that HSP90α was positively correlated with CEA and CA199.4.HSP90α had significant difference in differentiation,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and clinical stage(All P<0.05).5.In 62 patients with advanced colorectal cancer chemotherapy,the disease control rate was 77.78%.The expression of HSP90α,CEA,CA199 was correlated with clinical benefit and disease progress,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression level of plasma HSP90α in colorectal cancer is increased,which has diagnostic value for colorectal cancer.It can be combined with CEA and CA199 to improve the diagnostic efficiency of colorectal cancer.2.The level of HSP90α is related to the differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and clinical stage of colorectal cancer.3.HSP90α is related to the chemotherapy effect of advanced colorectal cancer.It can be combined with CEA and CA199 to monitor the efficacy of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.
