Clinical Application Of Mongolian Medicine Warm Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

Objective: Objective: This study studied the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Mongolian medicine warm needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathyMethods: Patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into experimental group(warm needling group)and control group(silver needling group).At least 30 cases in each group were treated according to the principle of each group.In the two groups,the middle point of hay,the two points of hay and the five points of shoulder on both sides were treated once every two days.Two groups of patients were 10 days as a course of treatment,all selected patients,before and after treatment for related inspection,carefully record the observation index data.Results:64% of the patients in the control group and 84% in the experimental group were evaluated.The main symptom score,NPQ neck pain scale(North Park,NPQ)of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05)and vas visual analog score before and after treatment There was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05)in the value of scale,VAS);in the value of serum TNF-?,IL-6,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05),the data of the treatment group was significantly reduced;in the value of serum IL-1 ?,there was no statistical significance between the groups,but before and after treatment,there was statistical significance between the two groups(P < 0.05);in the value of serum SOD GSH value,there was statistical significance between the groups(P < 0.05);the data of the treatment group increased significantly.Conclusion: Warm needle therapy can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of CSR patients,has good clinical efficacy,and can significantly reduce the serum TNF-a,IL-6,increase the activity of SOD,GSH content and interfere with the inflammatory response,so as to achieve the treatment of neuropathic pain,numbness and other symptoms.The decrease of syndrome score and VAS score is closely related to the change of inflammatory cytokines content,and the improvement of clinical symptoms is directly related to the frequency of warm acupuncture treatment.Warm needling therapy for CSR has the characteristics of obvious curative effect,simple operation,safety and reliability,and economic benefit.It provides a new and effective way for the treatment of CSR,which can be used as one of the commonly used methods for clinical treatment of CSR and popularized to the vast number of CSR patients and clinicians.
