Clinical Efficacy And Mechanism Of "Winter Disease Treated In Summer" Shexiang Xiaochuan Ointment Acupoint Application In Treating Stable Stage Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective The "Winter Disease and Summer Treatment" Shexiang Xiaochuan Ointment is applied to treat patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase.The clinical efficacy and mechanism of Shexiang Xiaochuan Ointment in treating COPD in stable phase are discussed by evaluating lung function,6-minute walking test,quality of life questionnaire,inflammatory factors,etc.Methods 1.From July 2017 to July 2018,72 stable COPD patients from the outpatient department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,36 patients in each group.The two groups of patients were comparable in basic conditions,lung function,6-minute walking test,quality of life questionnaire,inflammatory factors,etc.(P>0.05).2.The control group was treated with standardized western medicine.On the basis of standardized treatment of western medicine,the treatment group was combined with Shexiang Xiaochuan Ointment for "Winter Disease and Summer Treatment" for acupoint application.The course of treatment was one year.After treatment,pulmonary function,6-minute walking test,quality of life questionnaire,inflammatory factors were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of action.Results 1.Pulmonary function(FVC,FEV1)after treatment,there were statistical differences between the two groups(P<0.05);The self-control of the treatment group also showed statistical difference(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the 2.6-minute walking experiment showed a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The self-control in the treatment group had statistical difference(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms were statistically different between the two groups(P<0.05),and in cough,expectoration,wheezing and shortness of breath,chest tightness,the two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.4.After CAT treatment,there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference in the self-control of the treatment group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.In the effective evaluation of St.George’s questionnaire,the effective rates of activity restriction,respiratory symptoms and disease influence in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.5.After treatment,the number of colds in 1 years showed statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the self-control of the treatment group showed statistical difference(P<0.05).6.After treatment,TNF-α and hs-CRP had no statistical difference in self-control(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Shexiang Xiaochuan Ointment,a "winter disease treated in summer",can improve the pulmonary function of COPD patients in stable phase,improve exercise endurance,relieve clinical symptoms of respiratory tract,improve quality of life,improve exercise endurance and enhance immunity of patients.
