Analysis Of The Treatment Of 92 Cases Of ELBWI

Objective: By analyzing the cases of ELBWI hospitalized in NICU of our hospital from 2017 to 2019,this paper summarizes the causes of premature birth,maternal and pregnant diseases,the distribution of postnatal complications and clinical outcomes,of ELBWI in our hospital,observes the disease characteristics of ELBWI,and formulates corresponding preventive measures to reduce the mortality,complication rate and improve the prognosis of ELBWI.Methods: From January 2017 to December 2019,preterm infants with a birth weight of less than 1000 g who were hospitalized in NICU of our hospital were collected for retrospective analysis of their general information,birth status,common complications during hospitalization and treatment outcome.Spss21.0 software was used to analyze the data.Result:1.General situation: 92 cases of ELBWI were treated in our hospital in 3 years.38 cases were male(41.3%)and 54 cases were female(58.7%).The ratio of male to female is 1:1.42.2.Pregnant women: 92 cases of ELBWI were from 78 pregnant women,69.2% of them were natural pregnancy,30.7% of them were assisted reproductive technology,70.5% of them were pregnancy complicated with hypertension syndrome,19.2%of them were placenta abnormality.The use rate of prenatal glucocorticoids was 57.6%.3.Birth condition: 29(37.1%)cases were vaginal delivery,63cases(80.7%)were cesarean section,61cases(78.2%)were singleton,16cases(20.5%)were twin,1cases were triplet.4.Main complications:the main complications in this study were:neonatal respiratory distress syndrome(NRDS)87.0%,intracranial hemorrhage 79.6%,anemia 77.7%.5.Clinical outcome: in 92 cases of ELBWI,45 cases(48.9%)gave up treatment,47 cases received treatment,42 cases(89.3%)survived in the treatment group,5 cases(10.6%)died.The main causes of death were asphyxia,infection and NRDS.The main causes of death were followed up for 8 months.2 cases of severe hydrocephalus were treated by ventriculoperitoneal shunt in brain surgery.3 cases of retinopathy of prematurity(ROP)were treated without cerebral palsy.6.The average hospitalization time of ELBWI in our hospital is 64.5 days,and the average hospitalization cost is 116831.7364 yuan.Conclusion:1.The number of ELBWI cases in our hospital is increasing year by year,among which women are more than men.2.In this study,the common high-risk factors of ELBWI premature delivery were pregnancy with hypertension syndrome,placental abnormality,etc.Assisted reproductive technology accounts for a larger proportion.3.The common complications of ELBWI were NRDS,intracranial hemorrhage,anemia,etc.4.In 92 cases of ELBWI,the survival rate were 89.3%.There were 2cases of hydrocephalus after hemorrhage,without cerebral palsy,blindness and other serious.
