Abstract/Summary:
The level of medical technology development in our country is not balanced.There are great differences in the level of medical care in different regions and even different hospitals in the same region.The cost of obtaining efficient medical and health services is still relatively high.As a result,the issue of how to ensure equal access to quality health care for people across geographical areas has become an urgent one.As cloud computing becomes more and more widely used,with the continuous promotion of science and technology,it has brought about an emerging medical service model that will bring high-quality medical services to the cloud to share,so that people can obtain quality medical services without geographical restrictions.ICU intensive care system is also an important part of the hospital information management system.It is the product of the combination of contemporary emergency medicine and critical medicine and computer science and technology.In order to give full play to the functions of manpower data and equipment in ICU critical area and achieve a breakthrough in intensive care,it has become an urgent task to establish an efficient and reliable ICU information system.Based on cloud computing theory and cloud service theory,this paper analyzes,designs and realizes open,multi-tenant and retractable cloud service platform for traditional hospital information system.Its characteristic is that the hospital center is aggregated and unified in the cloud for users to use;Users obtain medical data from multiple hospitals through customer terminals.Doctors can check patient information,execute medical orders,and receive patient threat alerts without geographical restrictions.This study focuses on the medical cloud service platform.The main work is reflected in the following: Through the analysis of the current research status of medical cloud service platforms at home and abroad,this paper mainly designs and implements the operation of ICU information systems on cloud service platforms.Through software engineering and other methods combined with the advantages of cloud computing technology to build the ICU information system medical cloud service platform.Firstly,according to the characteristics of ICU area work,the requirement analysis is carried out according to the user’s point of view,and then the overall design of ICU intensive care system information system is carried out.On this basis,the vital signs data collection and patient related data of severe patients are respectively designed.Secondly,a complete set of ICU intensive care system is implemented on the cloud platform,which is based on the cloud platform.Finally,through requirements analysis,overall design,detailed design and system implementation,a medical cloud service platform for an extensible and sustainable ICU intensive care system was established.It makes the medical resource allocation more efficient to test the ICU information system and the cloud service platform respectively.The results show that the ICU information system cloud service platform has good scalability and fault tolerance,and can realize the information and medical resources sharing of severe patients in many hospitals.,in line with the expected design.
