| With the continuous development of computer technology and electronic technology,the image segmentation technology is also becoming more and more important,medical imaging equipment has become an indispensable tool in modern medical diagnosis of disease.The medical image segmentation is not only convenient for medical personnel,but also provides the basis for image recognition and detection in the image processing phase.Contain bone disease in patients with CT image skeleton edge will be blurred.It is a disadvantage for the doctor to operate on patients with bone patients and treatment.The key of this paper is the application of CT image skeleton and the study of bone image segmentation.The purpose of this article is to get the clear images of bone edges.Firstly,this article introduced the essential theory about the methods of bone image segmentation.Secondly,the characteristic of bone image was researched in detail.We selected the classical method to simulate the original image of the bone.Meanwhile,the shearing principle of wavelet transform was made to detect the image edge.Thanks to the simulation results based on the theory of shear wave transformation,we demonstrated an improved shear wave transform method.This method was achieved though the matlab software.Compared with the analysis results of the classical methods,a much more clear image of bone edge detection can be achieved in our work.In this paper,we compared the edge contrast between the classical methods and our work.It proved that our method is better in suppressing background and enhancing the edge effect.This paper analyzed the simulation results by using different segmentation methods.Considering the characters of the detection image,the method of calculating threshold of the bone was carried out to segment the image.Furthermore,a clean image of the bone border was achieved by this method.This proved the feasibility of the method in out work.We designed a hardware implementation platform.The DSP chip was the main part of the hardware platform system,which received data source though Ethernet.The DSP chip sent the image to PC through the PCI channel.The core image processing algorithm was performed in DSP.The platform can realize image edge detection and segmentation algorithm,and send processing results to the top machine. |
