Objective:To systematically analyze and evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of oseltamivir in the treatment of childhood influenza,so as to provide evidence-based treatment basis and academic reference for its rational clinical application. Methods:Through the mobile Internet and computer, search the authoritative academic journal websites at home and abroad, including PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane Library and other authoritative academic journal databases in English,CNKI,VIP and Wangfang Date and other authoritative Chinese academic journal databases, retrieved the relevant literature of the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of oseltamivir in the treatment of 1-12-year-old children with influenza, and then further screened out the randomized controlled trials that meet the inclusion criteria for combined analysis. The publication time of retrieval literature is set from the establishment of database to December 2019.Two researchers separately extract the required literature related information, including the basic information of literature, research methods, set outcome indicators and other relevant data, and use the literature methodology quality evaluation tool recommended by Cochrane collaborative network to conduct the methodology quality of the included literature For quantitative evaluation, use Revman 5.3 software to conduct Meta merger analysis and publication bias analysis and mapping for each outcome index summarized from the included study. For the literature that cannot be combined with the outcome index, use the list method to express and conduct descriptive analysis.Result:A total of 16 articles were selected, including 12 articles in Chinese and 4 articles in English.2476 children were included, including 1255 children in oseltamivir group and 1221 children in control group. The results of Meta analysis showed that in terms of effectiveness: compared with the control group, the total effective rate, disease duration, fever relief time, cough relief time, nasal obstruction and runny nose duration, pharyngeal swelling and pain duration and the incidence of children with otitis media in the oseltamivir group were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);in terms of safety: adverse reactions The results of Meta-analysis showed that OR = 0.59,95% CI: 0.31 ~ 1.13,P = 0.11,the results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in oseltamivir group was not higher than that in the control group. Conclusion:Based on the current evidence, oseltamivir can effectively reduce the duration and severity of symptoms in children with influenza, such as fever, cough, nasal congestion and runny nose, and can significantly reduce the incidence of children with otitis media, with high safety, which is worthy of promotion and application in the treatment of children with influenza. However, due to the limited number of included literature and the small number of cases, there are some biases and limitations in the results. It is expected to expand the research scale and number of cases in the future, and further carry out a larger scale, sample size and more,high-quality,multi center randomized controlled trials to verify.
