The Clinical Effiect Observation Of Zhang-style Reinfbrcement Technique In The Treatment Of The Adhesived Frozen Shoulder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhang’s tendon manipulation in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in adhesion period,to explore the guiding significance of Zhang’s tendon manipulation in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,and to provide some reference for the clinical application of the manipulation of periarthritis of shoulder.Method:From January 2019 to January 2020,60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to Zhangzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group 30 cases each according to the random sequence method.The treatment of the control group: Basic treatment plus functional exercise.The patients of the control group were given Zhang-style reinfbrcemen on the basis of basic treatment and functional exercise.Basic treatment includes health education and oral celecoxib capsules.Functional exercise reference Rehabilitation Treatment Plan And Diagram For Osteoarticular Injury And Disease in rehabilitation training methods for periarthritis of shoulder.The patients of two groups were given manipulation therapy twice a week and six weeks is a course of treatment.The JOA score,VAS pain score and shoulder motion function assessment for the treatment of shoulder joint disorders before and after treatment at week 1,week 3,and week 6,respectively.Statistical analysis was performed and the overall efficacy was compared between the two groups.he SPSS 21.0 software package was used to deal with the above data.Result:1.After 6 weeks of treatment,the overall efficacy analysis is as follows: The total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group was 96.6% and 83.3% respectively;The comparison of the efficacy between the two groups showed that both P<0.01 with significant difference.The results show that the treatment of the adhesived frozen shoulder by Zhang-style reinfbrcement technique can obtain better efficacy.2.After 6 weeks of treatment,the VAS score and JOA score of the two groups were compared with those before treatment show that P<0.05.The difference of the group comparison was statistically significant.This suggests that the treatment of adhesived frozen shoulder with Zhang-style reinfbrcement can more effectively relieve the shoulder pain and restore the life function of the shoulder joint.3.Six weeks after treatment,the results of shoulder activity function score(including external rotation,internal rotation,palpation of the back,palpation of the ear and other items and total score)in the two groups were compared with the results before treatment show P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant.The results showed that both treatments could improve the range of motion of shoulder periarthritis.The comparison between the two groups showed that P<0.05.And the difference was statistically significant.The excellent and good rate of shoulder range recovery in the experimental group and the control group were 93.3% and 83.3%,respectively.The comparison of the efficacy between the two groups showed that both P <0.01.And the difference was significant difference.Conclusion:1.Zhang-style reinfbrcement technique and functional exercise can significantly relieve the pain and significantly improve the range of motion of adhesived frozen shoulder.2.The treatment of adhesived frozen shoulder was on the basis of functional exercise combined with the Zhang-style reinfbrcement technique.The clinical efficacy was better than functional exercise treatment.
