| Objective In this study,we observed the clinical effect of addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu medicinal powder combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept in the treatment of patients with neovascular age-related macular degeneration(nAMD)and the changes of serum Ang-2 before and after treatment of wet nAMD.Methods From the patients with spleen deficiency and dampness trapped type nAMD,60 cases were selected as the research samples of this experiment,and the sample collection was carried out strictly according to the inclusion standard and exclusion standard of this experiment.According to the principle of random distribution,60 patients were divided into control group and treatment group(both 30 cases),the control group was treated with simple Conbercept,and the treatment group was treated with addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu medicinal powder combined with Conbercept.The exp ression levels of BCVA,FFA,OCT,Ang-2 were detected,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 20.0 softw-are.Results1.There were no significant differences in age,sex,BCVA,CMT and serum Ang-2 levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.BCVA comparison: after treatment,the BCVA of treatment group and control group were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),the BCVA of the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group,differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).3.FFA comparison: after treatment,the FFA of treatment group and control group were improved than before treatment(P<0.05),the improvement FFA treatment group was more obvious,differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).4.CMT compariscon: after treatment,the CMT of treatment group and control group were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the CMT of the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of the area of fundus exudation and bleeding: after treatment,the area of fundus exudation and bleeding in the treatment group and the control group were smaller than before treatment,the improvement of fundus exudation and bleeding were more obvious than control group,differences of two groups were obvious(P<0.05).6.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,the other group of this index was 80.0%,and the overall effect was different(P<0.05).7.Comparison of serum Ang-2 expression: after treatment,serum Ang-2 levels in the treatment and control groups decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),the serum Ang-2 decreased significantly compared with the control group,differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).8.Conclusions1.Both the control group and the treatment group were effective for the treatment of nAMD patients with spleen deficiency and dampness(93.3% in the treatment group and 80.0% in the control group).Compared with the pure intravitreal injection of Conbercept,the addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu medicinal powder combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept therapy is more effective for such patients..2.The levels of serum Ang-2 in the two groups of patients decreased after treatment,suggesting that both treatments can reduce serum Ang-2 levels during treatment.Compared with the control group,the levels of Ang-2 in the serum of the treatment group decreased significantly,indicating that the flavor addition and subtraction of Shenling Baizhu medicinal powder combined with intravitreal injection of Conbercept for the treatment of nAMD with spleendeficiency and dampness may achieve therapeutic goals by reduci-ng the level of Ang-2 in serum. |
