| Social cognitive deficits and interpersonal difficulties are characteristic features of patients with schizophrenia.Exploring theory of mind and moral judgments that are important for social cognition and interpersonal communication is helpful for understanding the laws of psychopathology behind schizophrenia, for predicting life difficulties encountered by patients, and for future development related interventions to improve the social function of patients is meaningful. This thesis contains two research contents. The first study uses a 2(person)× 2(subject category)design to explore the characteristics of schizophrenia patients and healthy control groups in judging the moral dilemma of different persons;the second study consists of two experiments Composition:(1)Comparing the healthy subjects of the experimental group and the control group through the Yoni test to understand the damage situation and characteristics of theory of mind of the patients.(2)On the basis of the above experiments, through the second-order Yoni test and moral dilemma, explore the relationship between the patient’s theory of mind and moral judgment, and explore the possible mediators. The results of the study found that:(1)In a high conflict moral dilemma scenario, under different personal perspective materials, compared with healthy subjects, the utilitarian responses of schizophrenic patients is lower than that of healthy subjects, and in the third person perspective There are significant differences between the two in moral judgment.(2)The Yoni test found that compared with the healthy subjects in the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group of schizophrenia patients in the second-order theory of mind is significantly worse than the control group(especially the second-order cognitive and second-order emotion).(3)On the basis of the above experiments, explore the relationship between theory of mind of the patient group and moral judgment, and found that empathy is a mediator in the relationship between the second-order emotion of theory of mind and the moral judgment of the third person.Based on the above research, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)In the dilemma of high conflict moral judgment, patients with schizophrenia are more inclined to choose moralism than healthy subjects.(2)In the dilemma of high conflict moral judgment under different personal perspectives, schizophrenic patients have no significant differences in the judgments facing different personal perspectives, while healthy subjects have significant differences, and from the perspective of the thirdperson, healthy subjects are more inclined to utilitarian choice.(3)Theory of mind of patients with schizophrenia is damaged. The damage is mainly manifested in more complex and higher-order theory of mind tasks.Empathy of patients is a mediator in the relationship between theory of mind and moral judgment. |
