Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of China’s economic market,under the influence of increasing market competition pressure,it is difficult for hospitals to provide a stable and permanent living environment for employees.With the disappearance of employees’ sense of security and the emergence of personal interests,the contradiction between enterprises and employees,and between employees and employees has become increasingly serious.For hospitals,as the most important human resource,the quality of employee relationship management is not only related to the health of doctors,but also directly affects the quality of medical services,work efficiency and the stability of doctors,and even affects the development of health services.At the same time,the low satisfaction of medical staff will lead to the patients’ dissatisfaction with the corresponding medical services provided by them,which will affect the quality of service,the efficiency of medical services and the output of medical services,and then affect the normal functioning of the whole medical service system.Based on this,based on the relevant situation of Shihezi people’s Hospital,this paper studies the employee relationship management of Frontier hospital.Based on the relevant background and theoretical knowledge,combined with the actual situation of Shihezi people’s Hospital,through detailed investigation and data analysis,this paper describes the current situation of employee relationship management in Shihezi people’s Hospital,and analyzes the relevant investigation results,and concludes that the relationship management of hospital employees is affected by gender,age,education level and professional title;the same with this In view of the specific situation of Shihezi people’s Hospital,the problems of employee relationship management were sorted out,and the problems such as unreasonable salary distribution,unscientific performance appraisal,imperfect promotion mechanism of training titles,and mere formality of incentive mechanism were found.After that,the experience of employee relationship in hospitals at home and abroad was sorted out,and the enlightenment for Shihezi people’s hospital was summarized.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn: first,a good employee relationship management needs to improve the salary system;second,the hospital needs to reward employees according to their actual pay,work ability and contribution degree;third,the hospital needs to reward employees for job promotion;third,medical The hospital needs to pay attention to learning and training activities,so that the staff can improve from survival and development,competitiveness and other aspects;fourth,the hospital needs to pay attention to the application of talents and create better personal development prospects;fifth,the hospital needs to implement the hospital culture construction to ensure the stable development of the hospital.To sum up,only by fully grasping the aspects of salary,assessment,training,talent construction and cultural construction can we ensure that the hospital has a good working relationship management atmosphere.
