ObjectiveCT findings of digestive tract involvement in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE)were analyzed to improve the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis.MethodsRetrospectively analysed the clinic and CT data of 17 cases from January 2016 to March 2019,which were diagnosed with SLE involving digestive tract clinically Among them,15 patients received conventional plain scan and contrast-enhanced MSCT scan, and 2 patiets only received conventional plain MSCT scan. The specific parts of the digestive tract involved, the thickness of the intestinal wall,CT signs and accompanying manifestations were recorded.Results8 cases involving stomach,2 cases of duodenum,9 cases of jejunum,9 cases of ileum,9 cases of ascending colon,1 case of transverse colon,6cases of descending colon,8 cases of sigmoid colon,8 cases of rectum;Intestinal wall swelling and thickening were seen in 15 patients 12 patientsof “Concentric circle sign”,11 patients of “Target sign",Intestinal cavity expansion with gas accumulation and fluid accumulation in 13 cases, including 4 cases of pseudo-intestinal obstruction(IPO);11 cases of mesentery "comb sign" or "barrier-like" changes,9 cases of mesenteric fat gap blurred. There were 15 cases with abdominal and pelvic effusion,12 cases of pleural effusion,3 cases of pericardial effusion, and 5 cases of urinary tract lesions(Including ureteric stenosis, bladder wall thickening, double kidney or ureteral effusion,etc.).ConclusionWhen it involves the digestive tract wall and mesentery, the typical CT manifestation of SLE suggests that the lesion is severe.
