The Effects Analysis Of Combination Therapy With Perindopril And Irbesartan On The Reversion Of Left Ventricular Remodeling In Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of perindopril combined with irbersartan in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy on the left ventricular ejection fraction(NT-proBNP)and pulmonary artery pressure in the final diastolic diameter of the left ventricle in heart function classification,so as to provide a more safe and effective method for the treatment of expanding heart disease.MethodsObserved between January 2010 and May 2017 in the fourth military medical university first affiliated hospital xijing and gansu province second people's hospital inpatient and outpatient hospital treated 180 cases of patients,randomly divided into without perindopril group(group A,60 cases)irbesartan group(group B,60 cases)perindopril combined irbesartan group(group C,60 cases),observed and record the cardiac functional grading,left ventricular end diastolic anteroposterior diameter or left and right diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and NT-proBNP before and after treatment in 1 month,3 months,6 months and 1 year.Results1.Left ventricular end-diastolic anteropostery or right or left,ventricular ejection fraction,blood pressure,NT-proBNP and age were not statistically significant(P>0.05)before treatment of the perindopril group,irbesartan group and perindopril combined irbesartan group.2.The effective rate of cardiac function remission,left ventricular end diastolicanteroposterior diameter or left and right diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and NT-proBNP for treatment after 1 month between the three groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05),combined drugs group and single-drug group in the treatment of after 3 months,6 months and 1 year compared that cardiac function remission,left ventricular end diastolic anteroposterior diameter or left and right diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and NT-proBNP in patients with ease was statistically significant(P < 0.05),two single-drug groups compared without statistical difference(P > 0.05).3.1 month,3 months after treatment,three groups of pulmonary artery pressure comparing two differences have no statistical significance(P > 0.05),in the treatment of 6 months and 1 years later,the two single-drug groups compared without statistical difference(P > 0.05),the combined drugs group compared with single-drug groups was statistical difference(P < 0.05).4.No increase in serum potassium,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,AST,ALT was observed incombined drugs group and single-drug groups,but adverse reactions of hypotension were observed in the combined drugs group.Conclusions1.Perindopril combined with irbecartan in the treatment of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy is superior to single-drug in improving cardiac function,reducing the left ventricular end diastolic diameter,plasma level of NT-proBNP,pulmonary artery pressure,and increasing the left ventricular ejection fraction.2.In the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy patients with perindopril combined with irbersartan,there was no increase in serum potassium,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,AST,ALT,but it shows adverse reactions of hypotension were observed.
