With the improvement of living standards of Chinese residents,people's health concept is also changing.The requirements for quality medical care services provided by hospitals are higher and higher,and the working pressure of medical staff is higher and higher.Many medical staff in public hospitals will have resignation intention and negative emotions during work.The purpose of this study is to investigate the status quo and major influencing factors of the occupational happiness of medical staff in FK Hospital,so as to provide suggestions for improving the occupational happiness of staff in FK Hospital.Through the investigation of 373 medical workers in FK Hospital,it was found that: 1.The professional happiness of medical staff in FK Hospital is above the average level,but there is a certain gap compared with the good level,and there is a large space for the improvement of medical staff's professional happiness.Medical staff in FK Hospital have the lowest level of occupational happiness,which is physical and mental health,followed by economic income and working environment.2.Leisure time,age,gender,interests and hobbies,department,night shift,education,monthly income,occupation and other factors affect the professional happiness level of medical staff in FK Hospital to some extent,but the three factors that play a significant role are leisure time,hobbies and night shift.3.Academic degree is not necessarily in direct proportion to occupational happiness.Medical staff with postgraduate degree in FK Hospital have the lowest level of occupational happiness,which is significantly lower than other degrees and even lower than bachelor degree in each dimension of value/ability,social support,economic income and working environment.4.Income level does not necessarily is proportional to the professional happiness,monthly income standard in 9999 yuan of the following medical staff,in this dimension environment level of well-being score is significantly higher than other month income level of medical staff,the monthly income of 10000-14999 yuan of medical staff well-being scores on social support factor is significantly lower than other income standard of medical personnel.Based on the survey results,the following management Suggestions are put forward: Strengthen staff care,provide health management,psychological counseling,safety environment and communication appeal mechanism,and create a good interactive hospital culture;Reform the salary management system,explore annual salary system,multi-point practice and profit sharing,provide comprehensive and generous employee benefits,and increase the reasonable income of medical staff;Explore a long-term mechanism for talent training and improve the development of talent echelon,medical personnel training and career paths.
