| There are many elderly type 2 diabetes patients with anxiety in the community,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Recent studies have shown that Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction can improve patients’ psychological state,but the effect on patients’ social function recovery and biological factors is not clear.This study investigated the effects of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction on quality of life,sleep quality and psychological status,blood pressure,blood sugar of elderly community type 2 diabetes patients with anxiety.To evaluate the effectiveness of mindfulness decompression therapy intervention.This study selected elderly patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with anxiety state who received medical treatment in the community and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria as research objects.The control group received routine health education for 8 weeks,and the subjects in the intervention group received mindfulness decompression intervention on the basis of routine intervention.The mindfulness decompression intervention lasted for 8 weeks,and the training form was collective intervention.The quality of life of the study subjects was evaluated by the diabetes specific quality of life scale(DSQL)before and after the intervention for 8 weeks respectively,and the sleep quality of the patients was evaluated by the PSQI scale.The patients’ emotional state was evaluated by SAS scale and SDS scale,and the blood pressure,BMI,waist-hip ratio,blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin,liver and kidney function,low-density lipoprotein and other indicators were measured before and after the study.The results showed that systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,total score of quality of life(including physiological dimension and psychological dimension),total score of PSQI,SAS score,SDS score and other indicators in the intervention group after the mindfulness decompression intervention were statistically significant compared with those before the intervention(P < 0.05).According to the results of this study,Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction can improve anxiety,life quality and sleep quality of elderly type 2 diabetes patients in the community.In addition,after the intervention of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction,patients’ physiological and biochemical indicators such as diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and fasting blood glucose were significantly improved,which has far-reaching significance for the prevention and treatment of community type 2 diabetes patients with psychological problems,and is worth carrying out and promoting special activities targeted at this group in the community in the future. |
