Objective:In this study, warming needle moxibustion combined with oxycontin was used to treat patients with hepato cellular carcinoma pain, and the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion in patients with hepato cellular carcinoma pain was observed and evaluated. It also provided a more comprehensive treatment of hepato cellular carcinoma pain with traditional Chinese and western medicine, for safe and effective treatment. Methods:The study subjects selected 60 patients with moderate Hepato Cellular Carcinoma pain from January 2019 to December 2019 in the Ward of Oncology,Liver Surgery of Xiamen Chinese Medicine Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Randomly divided into a observation group and a control group,30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with warming needle moxibustion combined with OxyContin analgesia. The control group was treated with OxyContin analgesic alone.4 weeks of treatment in both groups.Patients were collected before and after treatment with the Brief Pain Inventory(BPI)and the Karnofsky Score(KPS)and TCM symptom grading score. The Numeric Rating Scales(NRS)was recorded before and after each treatment. After treatment, the average analgesic onset time, adverse reactions, the number of breakthrough pains, and the total dose of OxyContin were recorded. These used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of warming needle moxibustion combined with OxyContin on pain relief of hepato cellular carcinoma. The data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software.Results:1.After the two groups of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was better than the control group(90.00%),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the NRS scores between the two groups, analysis of variance with repeated measurement design, and sphericity test,P<0.01,rejecting the spherical hypothesis, there is a correlation between the data of two groups. In the test of between-subjective effects, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Comparing the test of whtnin-subjective effects, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.After the two groups of treatment, the average analgesic onset time of the observation group(29.85±2.816)minutes was faster than that of the control group(40.26±6.158)minutes,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.After treatment in the two groups, the Karnofsky Score(KPS)in the two groups were significantly higher than before the treatment(P<0.01);and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment in the two groups, the Brief Pain Inventory(BPI)in the two groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01);and the improvement in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).6.After treatment in the two groups, the total score of the Chinese medicine symptomclassification scores of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before the treatment(P<0.01);the comparison of the single symptom classification scores, except for lumps and weight loss, the comparison of other symptom scores, the difference was statistical Significance(P<0.05).7.After treatment in the two groups, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 40.00%,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 73.33%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.8.After treatment in the two groups, the number of breakthrough pains in the observation group was less than that in the control groupthere, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The total dose of OxyContin in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming needle moxibustion combined with OxyContin can significantly improve the pain level of patients with Hepato Cellular Carcinoma pain, reduce the oral dosage of OxyContin and its adverse reactions, can improve the overall clinical efficacy, can improve the quality of life of patients,to achieve the advantage of "increasing efficacy and reducing side effects" of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
