With the number of uremic patients increasing year by year in China, the uremic patients are increasingly concerned by the government and the community.Among them,in the face of the pressure brought by the disease, the coping ability of the elderly uremic patients is relatively low.The disease brings the elderly patients not only physical pain, but also psychological, economic and social interaction problems. The quality of life of the elderly uremic patients in their later years is seriously affected. At present, the research on uremic patients mainly focuses on the improvement of external environment, such as medical treatment and nursing, psychological intervention, and improvement of support network, while neglecting the positive ability of patients to cope with difficulties, that is,the resilience of patients. This study takes the elderly uremic hemodialysis patients in X hospital as the research object, uses the theory of resilience as the guidance, and based on the level model of resilience, analyzes the patients' dilemma, risk, potential and advantage, and intervenes in three ways: external support factors, internal advantage factors, and efficiency factors,so as to help the elderly uremic hemodialysis patients to resist with the behavior of health strategy The rise of counter forces.Based on the "kidney-friend gas station project" carried out in the hemodialysis room of X hospital, this study found that the elderly patients with uremia had a low level of anti-stress,which made it difficult to actively deal with the difficulties encountered, and they had an urgent need to improve their own anti-stress.Then,guided by the resilience theory and with the help of the resilience hierarchy model,it was found that the main reasons for the low resilience of elderly uremia patients were insufficient external support factors, lack of internal advantages and low self-efficacy.Then,the method of group intervention was used to help improve the anti-stress of elderly uremia hemodialysis patients by discovering the external support factors of patients, exploring the internal advantage factors, and improving the efficacy factors.Through the research,it can be found that the intervention of social work can effectively help the elderly uremia patients to improve their resilience, and the group work method is an effective way to intervene the elderly uremia patients. Finally,Suggestions are put forward from three aspects: to improve the informal social support network of elderly uremia patients;Follow up the service and consolidate the service effect;Medical social work needs to master certain medical knowledge.
