Objective:Gastric cancer is the second common cause of cancer death in China, serological screening and gastroscopy were used to improve the early detection rate in recent years.Nowadays common serological screening methods are PG、 G-17 and helicobacter pylori.MG7-Ag is a serological marker of gastric cancer independently developed by China, and many studies have shown that it has good clinical application value, but there is no direct comparison between the two methods,so this indirect meta-analysis is to evaluate the diagnostic value of MG7-Ag and the combination of PG、G-17 and helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer. Methods:PubMed,CNKI,WanFang and VIP databases were searched for the studies of MG7-Ag and the combination of PG 、 G-17 and helicobacter pylori in diagnose of gastric cancer, and the retrieval time was until September 2019.After the literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, the relevant data were extracted and analyzed by Stata/SE 15.1 software. The results of indirect comparison were compared by relative ratio. Results : 2072 articles were retrieved and 22 articles were finally included, with a total of 7166 patients.Meta-analysis results showed that the pooled SEN、SPE、PLR、NLR、DOR and AUC of MG7-Ag and the combination of PG、G-17 and helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer were0.67(95% CI:0.58-0.75)、0.91(95% CI:0.89-0.93)、7.75(95% CI:5.76-10.43)、0.36(95% CI:0.28-0.47)、 21.47(95% CI:13.43-34.31)、 0.91(95%CI:0.88-0.93),and 0.78(95% CI:0.53-0.92)、 0.92(95% CI:0.88-0.95)、10.21(95% CI:6.78-15.37)、 0.24(95% CI:0.10-0.58)、 43.10(95%CI:16.54-112.32)、 0.94(95% CI:0.92-0.96),respectively.Compared to MG7-Ag,the indirect comparison showed that the RSEN of the combination of PG 、 G-17 and helicobacter pylori was 1.20(95%CI:1.17-1.22),and the RPLR was 1.19(95% CI:1.14-1.24)Conclusion : The sensitivity and positive likelihood ratio of combination of PG、G-17 and helicobacter pylori in gastric cancer is better than MG7-Ag,but the diagnostic value of other indicators is not significantly different.
