Objective:This paper according to Professor Wang Xixing's clinical experience in past several years,based on the inheritance and progress of traditional Chinese medicine theory,combined with the prescriptions for the treatment of cases collected in clinic,this paper uses the data mining technology based on Apriori association rules to deeply analyze Professor Wang's medication rules for differentiating and treating nasopharyngeal cancer after radiotherapy,and discusses the main ideas of differentiating and treating nasopharyngeal cancer.Summarize clinical experience.Methods:By retrospective analysis,the patients who visited Professor Wang Xixing's clinic from October 1,2013 to October 1,2018 were collected and screened for inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and abscission criteria.Those,which included all 70 patients,who met the criteria were recorded in the Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patient Record Table.Then the collected information was processed according to the same criteria,and the Apriori data mining platform in Professor Wang Xixing's famous doctor's studio's data mining platform was adopted Apriori association rules were analyzed to get Professor Wang Xixing's treatment viewpoint was relied on to complete the analysis of drug use rules after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma,discuss its clinical significance and the relationship with diseases and symptoms,and summarize Professor Wang's treatment thoughts.Results:1.Drug use regularity: According to frequency analysis results,the most common drugs used by Professor Wang Xixing after radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma are summarized as follows: heat-clearing: Bupleurum chinense,Scutellaria baicalensis;yin-nourishing: Ophiopogon japonicus,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Sargassum;phlegm-resolving and knot-resolving: Pinellia ternata,Pleurotus sagittatus,Fritillaria thunbergii;detoxifying and knot Among them,Bupleurum chinense and Scutellaria baicalensis enter the lung meridian and clear the lung-heat,Pinellia ternata,Fritillaria thunbergii,Cistanche mushroom resolving phlegm and dispersing tumors,gecko,Rabdosia rubescens clearing heat can detoxify and anti-cancer,Ophiopogon japonicus,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Codonopsis,Yangyin It embodies Professor Wang's method of nourishing Yin and clearing heat,detoxifying and resolving nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.According to the correlation analysis,the commonly used pairs of drugs and medicines are as follows: Adenophora stricta + Ophiopogon japonicus,Ligustrum lucidum+ Euphorbia japonicus;loose-knotted type: Sargassum mushroom + Fritillaria thunbergii,Sargassum spine + centipede,Honeysuckle + Shandougen,commonly used corner medicines or small prescriptions are Adenophora stricta+ Ophiopogon japonicus + Radix Rehmanniae Yangyin Shengjin,Fritillaria thunbergii + Gekko Soft-hard-knot,Xinyi +Radix Angelicae + Sargassum Sanqiao.In group B,there were common combinations of Paeonia lactiflora,Papaya,Glycyrrhizic acid and Glycyrrhizic Yin.2.Symptom analysis: According to the results of frequency analysis,the main symptoms of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy were summarized as follows:dry mouth and throat,tinnitus and deafness,pain of tongue cleft,nasal obstruction,dysphagia,cough,sore throat,fatigue and numbness of tongue.Most of the symptoms accorded with the image of yin deficiency and heat-toxicity.Applicable analysis showed that among all the recorded symptoms,the combination of symptoms with the highest confidence was mainly related to oropharyngeal dryness,and the other main symptoms were related to it.The confidence of the other symptoms,after removing the symptoms of oropharyngeal dryness was not up to 50%.This indicated that the symptoms of patients accorded with the pathogenesis of toxic heat injuring Jin,Yin deficiency and lung-heat that Professor Wang Xixing believed.3.Syndrome analysis: Through correlation analysis of syndromes,we can get the main syndromes,that is,the main syndromes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy,including heat poisoning lung syndrome,Yin deficiency and lung-heat syndrome,Qi-Yin Deficiency syndrome.The relationship between each syndrome type and drug combination can be concluded by correlation analysis,that is,heat poisoning offending lung syndrome corresponds to self-made Chaiqin Jiedu decoction,Yin deficiency and lung-heat syndrome corresponds to Yangyin Jiedu decoction,Qi and yin deficiency corresponds to Chaiqin Shengmai decoction.There is a certain correlation between the distribution of patients with three syndrome types,especially with the course of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.Conclusion:Professor Wang Xixing's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy has its originality.He guides the prescription medication through heat,toxin,Yin deficiency and lung-heat throughout,and adds or subtracts them depending on the different stages and manifestations of patients after radiotherapy.The generic medication also focuses on clearing away heat,nourishing yin and dissolving toxins.Through Apriori Association rules,this study found that Professor Wang Xixing used Clearing-heat drugs and Nourishing-Yin drugs to treat nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy.The symptoms of patients were mainly heat,toxin,damaging body,Yin deficiency and lung-heat.The frequently used pairs of drugs and corner drugs were summarized from the combination of drugs.Through syndrome analysis,three main syndromes and prescriptions of nasopharyngeal carcinoma after radiotherapy were generated,which supported Wang Xixing from the data level.Professor's thought of syndrome and treatment.
