Clinical Study On Treatment Of Stagnated Heat Of Liver Channel Type Of Plasma Cell Mastitis By Jiaweichaihushugan Powder

Objective The effect of Jiawei chaihu shugan powder on the clinical efficacy of stagnated heat of liver channel type of Plasma cell mastitis was analyzed,To verify the curative effect of modified chai hu shugan powder,To provide a new method for the treatment of stagnated heat of liver channel type of Plasma cell mastitis,In order to better guide clinical,rich means of treatment,improve clinical efficacy.Methods Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria from 2017-10-1 to 2018-10-1 were collected as the observation objects,patients were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.Ornidazole tablets were used as the basic drug in the two groups,0.5g twice a day for two weeks.The treatment: Ruyi jinhuang powder was made in our hospital and applied to the most obvious part of the tumor twice a day for 4-6 hours each time.The treatment group received basic treatment and Jiawei chaihu shugan powder,twice a day,7 days a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses.The control group received basic treatment.The symptom score,the measurement value of Hs-CRP and the above indexes 2 and 4 weeks after the intervention were observed and statistically analyzed.At the same time,the symptom scores and Hs-CRP measurement values of the control group before and 2 weeks after drug intervention were calculated,and the statistical results were compared with those of the treatment group.The comparison results were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0.Result1.Efficacy evaluation1.1 Symptom score comparison After 2 weeks of drug intervention,the symptom score of the two groups was lower than that before drug intervention,and SPSS20.0 software analysis showed that the difference before and after drug intervention was statistically significant(P<0.05).1.2 Comparison of therapeutic effects After 2 weeks of drug intervention,2 cases were cured in the treatment group,6 cases showed significant effect,14 cases were effective,and the total effective rate reached 75.86%;in the control group,0 cases were cured,3 cases showed significant effect,12 cases were effective,and the total effective rate reached 51.72%.2.Hs-CRP Comparison of measured values After 2 weeks of drug intervention,Hs-CRP was significantly reduced in both treatment group and control group.Through paired sample t test,P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant.The t test of independent samples showed that P<0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.After 4 weeks of drug intervention,Hs-CRP in the treatment group was lower than before,and compared with 2 weeks ago,P<0.05 was detected,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Through this study,it was found that,compared with the western medicine which only used anti-anaerobe drug treatment,Jiawei chaihu shugan powder the for stagnated heat of liver channel type of Plasma cell mastitis is more effective,less side effects,more worthy of clinical promotion.
