Ovarian malignant tumor is the worst prognosis tumor in gynecologic malignant tumors, the positive thorough cancer cut out the first time after chemotherapy, surgery and still have quite a few cases of recurrence, the prognosis of ovarian cancer depends on whether timely diagnosis and proper operation and system treatment,so far,the late ovarian malignant tumor treatment is still predominantly surgery, postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The first-line drug therapy for epithelial ovarian cancer is platinum-based combined chemotherapy.Platinum drugs(cisplatin or carboplatin)remain the most important first-line treatment for recurrent ovarian cancer.Carboplatin,as the second generation of platinum chemotherapy, has the advantages of better efficacy and fewer side effects. In this study,we compared the recent clinical effects of cisplatin combined with taxol(TP)and carboplatin combined with taxol(TC)in the treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer,as well as the changes of CA125,VEGF and mmp-2 levels and the adverse reactions. Objective To compare the efficacy of cisplatin combined with paclitaxel and carboplatin combined with paclitaxel in the treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer, evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the two drugs, and better guide the clinical application. Methods 100 cases of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer with FIGO stage for stage III and IV from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University in January2016 to January 2018 were studied. The ovarian cancer patients random grouping, observation group of 50 cases were treated with carboplatin in combination withpaclitaxel(TC),and the control group of 50 cases were treated with cisplatin plus paclitaxel(TP).All patients were thoroughly tumor cells remove after surgery, postoperative pathological tips for epithelial ovarian cancer.Patients in both groups received a standard and adequate amount of 6 courses of treatment.According to the world health organization(WHO)uniform standards to observe the efficacy and adverse reactions. Results 1.The study showed that 1 case of complete remission and 26 cases of partial remission were observed in the observation group after treatment, and only 17 cases of partial remission were observed in the control group without complete remission. The effective rate in the observation group was 54.00%,significantly higher than that in the control group(p=0.044).2.Adopt double of sandwich enzyme-linked immune detection kits in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),after treatment, the above three levels of tumor markers were significantly lower(p < 0.05),the observation group after treatment serum CA125,VEGF and MMP-2 levels were significantly lower than control group(p < 0.05).3.The average progression-free survival time of the observation group was453.46±72.88 d,and that of the control group was 411.28±65.26 d,which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(p=0.032).4.There were 13 cases(26.00%)with distant metastasis in the observation group and 14cases(28.00%)in the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the metastasis rate between the two groups(p=0.822).5.Severe adverse reactions occurred in 14 cases(28.00%)in the observation group and 24 cases(48.00%)in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p=0.039).The adverse reactions in the observation group were mainly manifested in bone marrow suppression, while thegastrointestinal reactions, neurotoxicity and renal toxicity were significantly reduced compared with those in the control group. Conclusion 1.Carboplatin combined with paclitaxel(TC)chemotherapy regimen and cisplatin combined with paclitaxel chemotherapy regimen(TP)are effective in the treatment of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer.2.TC regimen had fewer adverse reactions than TP regimen, and the quality of life of patients was relatively higher.3.TC regimen was more effective than TP regimen in reducing serum levels of CA125,VEGF and mmp-2.
