Objective:1.The differences of heart rate variability between non-heart failure group and heart failure group were compared.2.To investigate the differences of heart rate variability in HFpEF group,HFmrEF group and HFrEF group.Methods:145 patients who had heart disease and were hospitalized from August 2017 to November 2018 in the second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, were collected. The general dates, basic diseases, the number of the use of beta blockers, laboratory examination indicators, the results of echocardiography and the results of dynamic electrocardiogram were collected and recorded in detail and used for subsequent calculation and analysis.1.According to the 2016 ESC guidelines of the European College of Cardiology, the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018 divided the patients into non-heart failure group(44 cases,16 female,28 male, mean age(59.61±12.00)years old)and the other is heart failure group(101 cases, female 42 cases,Male 59 cases, mean age(66.36±14.27)years old). The clinical data and heart rate variability of the two groups were compared.2.According to the 2016 ESC guidelines of the European College of Cardiology, the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018,the patientsin heart failure group were divided into HFpEF group(60 cases,EF?50%,male 29 cases, female 31 cases, mean age(68.27±13.71)years old),HFmrEF group(8 cases,40%<EF<50%,male 5 cases, female 3 cases, mean age(66.88±13.35)years old)and HFrEF group(33 cases,EF?40%,including 25 males,8 females, mean age was(62.76±15.17)years old)in accordance with left ventricular ejection fraction. The data and heart rate variability of each group were compared.Results:1.Compared with heart failure group, the differences of the females, number of diabetes, number of hypertension, the proportion of coronary heart disease, the number of OSAHS cases, number of ?-blockers used, days of hospitalization, total cost of hospitalization,WBC,fasting blood glucose,CO and the slowest heart rate, the fastest heart rate, the mean heart rate,rMSSD,PNN50 of non-heart failure group were insignificant(P>0.05).The patients of non-heart failure group were younger. The levels of BNP,LAD and LVEDd in the non-heart failure group were lower than those in the heart failure group.HGB,LVEF,SDNN and TRI in heart failure group were smaller than those in non-heart failure group(P<0.05).BNP and LVEF proved to be independent factors what are related with heart failure in statistically.2.There were no big differences in age, days of hospitalization, total cost of hospitalization,NYHA grade,WBC,HGB,fasting blood glucose,LAD,CO,fastest heart rate,SDNN,TRI,rMSSD and PNN50 in HFpEF group,HFmrEF group and HFrEF group;and there were no differences in the numbers of patients with diabetes mellitus, hypertension, coronary heart disease,OSAHS and ?-blocker used in each group(P >0.05).There were more females in HFpEF group compare with HFrEF group;the level of BNP in HFpEF was lower than that in HFrEF;the LVEDd of HFrEF group was expander than those of HFpEF group, and the mean heart rate was lower than that of HFrEF group. And the slowest heart rate of HFpEF group was slower than those of HFrEF group and HFmrEF group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Patients with heart failure were older, had lower hemoglobin and LVEF,higher BNP,and higher LAD and LVEDd.SDNN and TRI in time domain indexes of HRV in patients with heart failure were significantly lower.Among them,BNP and LVEF can be used as independent factors to predict the existence of heart failure.2.The proportion of women in HFpEF was higher than that of HFrEF,BNP was lower than that in HFrEF patients, and LVEDd in HFrEF patients was more lower than that in HFpEF patients. There were no differences in the degree of decrease of HRV in time domain in three types of HF patients.
