Objective:By observing the mi RNA-21,mi RNA-126 in patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction before and after percutaneous coronary interention expression level changes, combined with myocardial injury markers level to explore the relationship between myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods:Selection in June 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital heart hospitalized with100 cases of patients with acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, according to coronary angiography infarction related vascular blood flow and collateral circulation using TIMI classification and grading Rentrop divided into(1)the observation group(61 cases)and control group(39 cases),(2)group standard: a group of TIMI 0-1 and Rentrop grade 0 and 1;The control group was TIMI 2-3 or Rentrop2-3.All patients with PCI treatment before and after PCI therapy 12 h extracting 2 ml in the blood of the EDTA anticoagulant tube refrigeration,1 hours in plasma and the frozen-80 degrees Celsius,real-time fluorescent quantitative detection in plasma mi RNA-21,the mi RNA-126 levels, combined with the groups of patients during the same period of the general data and troponin I(c Tn I),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),high-sensitivity c-reactive protein(Hs-CRP)clinical test results in this paper, the various indexes such as contact and meaning. Results:There was no significant difference in general clinical indicators between the two groups(p > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression of c Tn I,ck-mb and Hs-CRP between the two groups before PCI(p > 0.05).After PCI,c Tn I,ck-mb and Hs-CRP in the two groups increased to different degrees compared with that before PCI,and the increase in the complete occlusion group was more significant than that in the subtotal occlusion group, with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the expression levels of mi RNA-21 and mi RNA-126 in the two groups before PCI(p > 0.05).The expression levels of mi RNA-21 and mi RNA-126 in the two groups after PCI were all higher than that before PCI,and the expression levels of mi RNA-21 and mi RNA-126 were higher than that in the subtotal occlusion group after complete occlusion(p < 0.05).The Person correlation analysis showed that:Postoperative mi RNA-21 expression level was positively correlated with c Tn I,ck-mb and Hs-CRP(r=0.557,0.625,0.606p<0.05).Postoperatively,the expression level of mi RNA-126 was positively correlated with cTnI,ck-mb and Hs-CRP(r=0.543,0.669,0.558 p <0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of mi RNA-21 and mi RNA-126 were up-regulated after PCI in STEMI patients, both of which were involved in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury and positively correlated with the degree of myocardial injury.
