| Objective: To compare and analyze the incidence of hypocalcemia during autoparathyroidectomy and orthotopic preservation in total thyroidectomy,in order to provide basis for clinical application of parathyroid autotransplantation. Methods: In this study,60 cases of pathologically diagnosed papillary thyroid carcinoma admitted to the Department of Nail Surgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University from July 2018 to July 2019 were collected. All cases underwent total thyroidectomy, all of which were primary After the first operation, they were divided into two groups. The experimental group received superior parathyroid autograft treatment. The control group received superior parathyroid gland pedicle blood vessel retention in situ. The serum parathyroid hormone levels, blood calcium levels, and Incidence of hypoparathyroidism and hypocalcemia. Results: There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups of patients(P> 0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of parathyroid hormone between the two groups of patients 1 h before and 1 d after surgery(P> 0.05).The levels of parathyroid hormone on the first and third days after surgery were significantly lower in the two groups than before surgery(P <0.05),but the levels of parathyroid hormone on the third day after surgery in the test group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05).);There was no significant difference in blood calcium level between the two groups before surgery(P> 0.05).The levels of blood calcium on the first and third days after surgery were significantly lower in the two groups than before surgery(P <0.05).),But the blood calcium levels in the experimental group on the 1st and 3rd days after surgery were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05);the incidence of hypoparathyroidism and hypocalcemia in the experimental group were 3.33% and 6.67%,respectively,both lower than the 26.67% and 30.00% of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Compared with in situ preservation of parathyroid glands, autotransplantation of parathyroid glands can effectively reduce the incidence of hypoparathyroidism and hypocalcemia in patients after total thyroidectomy. It has good treatment safety and should be widely used.Used in clinical treatment. |
