Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of co2 point array laser combined with 308 nm excimer in the treatment of alopecia areata. Methods:In this study,94 cases were collected and randomly divided into control group A,control group B and treatment group.Dot matrix laser treatment was given to control group A.Group B was treated with excimer light at 308 nm.The treatment group was treated with lattice laser combined with 308 nm excimer light for 12 weeks. Before treatment, patients’ general information, photos of local skin lesions, and consent for treatment were collected, and the area of hair loss(SALT score)of the patients before and after treatment was recorded,as well as the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after treatment, and the recurrence rate was followed up for 3 months. At the end of the experiment, the collected data were sorted out and statistically analyzed to draw a conclusion.Results:1.Baseline data: The gender, age and correlation coefficient of the three groups of patients before treatment were compared and analyzed, and the difference was compared by using the special statistical method for medicine,so as to obtain the benign comparison and show that it can be further compared.2.SALT score analysis: There was no difference in the scores of the three groups before treatment, which could be used for comparison. After the treatment, the SALT score of each group decreased significantly compared with that before the treatment(P < 0.05).There was A statistically significant difference in SALT scores between the three groups(P < 0.05),among which, there was no statistically significant difference between control group A and control group B(P >,05).The difference between control group A and treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and that between control group B and treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Clinical efficacy: After the course of treatment,2 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,14 cases were effective and 7 cases were not, with A total effective rate of 30.0%.Compared with group B,3 cases were cured,10 cases were effective,14 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 40.6%.In the treatment group,6 cases were cured,17 cases were effective,6 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 71.9%.Moreover,the effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control A group and the control B group, and the difference between the control A group and the control B group and the treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The difference of clinical efficacy between the three groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Recurrence rate: After follow-up for 3 months,7 patients in control group A had recurrence, with A recurrence rate of 23.3%.There were 6 cases in the control group B,with a recurrence rate of 18.8%,and 3 cases in the treatment group with a recurrence rate of 9.4%.The recurrence rates of the three groups were statistically analyzed, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).5.Adverse reactions: Patients in the control group A and the treatment group immediately felt burning pain after the dot matrix laser treatment, the treatment area was slightly red and swollen, without exudation, and the patients with obvious pain were given ice compress for 20 to 30 minutes, and the discomfort subsided spontaneously after 24 hours.Compared with group B,3 patients had mild erythema, and 4 patients in the treatment group had mild erythema. The erythema disappeared after the stop of irradiation, and no blisters, pigmentation or infection were found after treatment with lattice laser and 308 nm excimer light. Conclusion: CO2 Lattice Laser combined with 308 nm excimer phototherapy can effectively reduce the alopecia areata score in patients with alopecia areata, with definite clinical effect and fewer adverse reactions, and no obvious advantage in improving the recurrence of alopecia areata.
