With the improvement of people's living standards,some diseases have begun to appear in large numbers.For example,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular d iseases,hypertension,have become the number one killer of modern people's lives.The diagnosis of these diseases is also a complicated process.Developing an expert system that can solve such problems will have good practical value,and its advantages are obvious,for example,it can help experts to make accurate diagnosis and improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Can improve the efficiency of diagnosis,reduce the cost of diagnosis,and so on.Therefore,based on the clustering algorithm,the medical diagnosis system for network informationization can automatically associate with the famous doctors according to the patient's medical record data,so as to improve the timeliness and effectiveness of medical diagnosis.In view of the above problems and the quality of the consultations in the telemedicine management system,the efficiency of the consultation is low,and the diagnosis of successful experts and patient pathology cannot be automatically related.On the basis of studying the development and results o f medical diagnosis systems at home and abroad,Through the demand analysis and non-functional requirements analysis of each functional module,the UML use case analysis scheme of the system participants is obtained.At the same time,the business processi ng class is designed for each function of the medical diagnosis system,and the timing call and process are based on UML modeling technology.Process analysis.In the process of system design,this paper combines telemedicine technology and data mining tec hnology,adopts B/S mode as the network architecture,JAVA as the programming language,Spring web MVC as the development platform,Oracle database as the background data server,Eclipse for development.The tool and J2 EE are technical frameworks,and comp lete the functions of case management,consultation management,consultation management,collaborative filtering,etc.,and build a network medical consultation management system with strong pertinence and practical application value,and at the same time,combined with functional testing.And non-functional tests verify the feasibility and reliability of the system.The actual test results show that the design and implementation of medical diagnosis system based on clustering algorithm can effectively anal yze and mine the medical record of the system,and then based on the patient's medical record information,it can automatically associate with the famous doctor according to the patient's medical record data.The online consultation of famous doctors enhan ces the effectiveness and efficiency of medical services while enhancing the timeliness of medical services.
